I had an exceptional experience with this appliance store! I needed a hard-to-obtain refrigerator urgently, and they delivered beyond my expectations. Within just a couple of days, they had the exact model I was looking for in stock and delivered and installed professionally. The entire process was extremely smooth, from talking to friendly Jim over the phone and efficient delivery team. I couldn't be happier with their service and the quick turnaround. Definitely a 5-star store! Also Amazing job Paul Nolan!

Our co-op referred us to Berger Appliance in August when our in wall AC died in our living room. Berger Appliance had to order the unit but it came within a week and they took out the old one and installed the new one without any issues. Price was on par with any big box store. This October our dishwasher also started to go and to repair quote was basically half the cost of what a new one without the reassurance the new part would 100% fix the issue or how long the fix would last, so we went for a new dishwasher with Berger Appliance. We used the plumber referred to used by Berger's and he took care of uninstalling our old one and installing the new one. Like before everyone was great and we had no issues. Again the price of unit was on par with any big box store and the install via the plumber was exactly what you would pay from someone like Best Buy. Both installs the employees were friendly, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. We would highly recommend Berger Appliance

Thankful to the guys at Berger. Answered all my wife and I’s questions and helped us navigate several brands offerings which led us to the Cafe line for our new kitchen. Delivery was seamless and left us with no stress. We ended up ordering a new GE washer and dryer as well.

What a pleasure it was dealing with Berger Appliance as compared to a big box store. There was no drama and everything was quick and efficient. They arranged for a plumber to install my dishwasher; their dishwasher recommendation was great - I will be going to them next time I need a household appliance!

We had an excellent experience with Berger Appliance, with their knowledge of the Friedrich products to replace our old units, with the very professional technicians for the a/c installation, and the referral to contractor Paul Nolan. Paul did an amazing job installing the more difficult through the wall unit, and his carpentry work was superb, very clean. Our experience here, which we really appreciate, is that Berger Appliance is old school and gets the job done. We very much appreciated Larry's help to identify the products and what exactly needed to be done. Competence is not the norm these days, so we are thankful. No comparison to the big chains. Berger is highly recommended.

Probably the best hardware store now that Brewers and Mamaroneck has closed. The help is amazing. The selection is great and pretty much going to find everything you need there.

I bought my first appliances from this store when I bought my house 30 years ago. They were great then and they are still great now! I needed to replace a specific size model refrigerator which was the only one that fit the granite/cabinet cutout. I know that this particular model is in extremely high demand because of the pandemic. Not only were they persistent in being able to get it for me before the time estimate, but they even gave me a better price than the big box stores were advertising without me even asking. The delivery men came today and they were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. All around tremendous service from the Berger team! I'm still a happy customer 30 years later!

Berger Appliances came highly recommended by my neighbor and dozens of others in and around Westchester. I needed a new washer and dryer and after doing some extensive research, I decided to visit Berger. I was blown away by how competitive the prices were --- I could not find the appliances any cheaper and they also delivered, installed, and removed my old machines for FREE! What's more... I visited the store on a Friday and had my machines installed by Tuesday. It was a very pleasant experience and Rich and the entire staff were fabulous to deal with. I will certainly be going back for any future appliance needs. Thank you for an awesome experience!

So many people recommended this place that when my dishwasher died I didn't shop around. I researched the features we needed, set a price cap, and noted the two most reliable brands from Consumers Report. We were treated with respect and ditected to two units that meet our criteria. There was absolutely no upselling! I'm a fan now. BTW Berger's Hardware next door had been a favorite of mine for decades. I just never bothered to give this place a serious look.

As a owner of local business i like to shop local ! So with my own house & many rentals I have bought my fair share of appliances! Bergers appliances Is my place to go for over 25 years! I first met Jimmy K., Jimmy V., and Larry back in 1990, and down to this day, they and their knowledgeable staff continue to offer the best Customer Service you can ever hope for. I highly recommend purchasing your next new appliance from Berger's where you will find great deal's, great service, and be treated like friends and family.

My 35 year old Friedrich AC decided it had had enough during the little heat wave we had. Berger Appliances installed a new AC within a week! EVERYONE I spoke with and I believe I spoke to everyone was knowledgeable patient and kind.

Fantastic store....very helpful people with reasonable prices. Went there to purchase Air conditioners, they were very informative and offered me multiple options...the person I spoke to was very informative and helped me make a good choice. They offered installation also, the installer came on time and were very professional....the did a great job. I would recommend this place to everyone is Westchester county.

I would give 10 stars if I could. For the purchase of appliances for our new home, we worked with Rob. The showroom has a great selection and we had read Consumer's Reports beforehand. But Rob gave practical advice about the various brands and how different options would meet our needs. We initially selected kitchen and laundry room appliances based on one design, but Rob worked with us to make changes as the design of the rooms was refined. We needed a stackable washer and dryer that had the smallest clearance, and he suggested highly rated but reasonably priced Electrolux units for us. They saved a crucial 3-4 inches. He guided me towards a Wolf range versus cooktops and ovens. That saved us a bit of money. He caught the need to change the Subzero refrigerator from French doors to left opening when the size of our island changed. I have probably called 6-8 times with questions or schedule changes; Rob has been gracious and helpful (and certainly patient). The installers he recommended have been professional, fairly priced and helpful too. Our home renovations have been extensive. We have been pleased with the work of our contractor and the subs he brought to our home. But the shining star in this process has been Rob and Bergers. We love him. We love this appliance store. Do not bother with big box stores and their service. This store has everything you could wish for!

Price beats HD or Lowes, free installation and free haul away (I don't think HD or Lowes offer these service for free any more). Berger's service is superb!!! A big shout-out to Gary and Rob! We bought a washer recently, the two gentlemen tried every way and thought out of the box to get the machine to our basement, installed and tried the machine to make sure everything is good and working. Highly recommend this store to everyone we know!

Have purchased quite a few appliances from Berger's since the late 1980s. This is one of the best most reliable stores to deal with in any business category for pricing, delivery, product knowledge and installation. You cannot go wrong here.
