If you go to the windows/millwork department - Markell was a phenomenal help to us. Rare to find these days. He was extremely knowledgeable, articulate, patient and detailed...next level service!!

I actually love this Home Depot. I’m a contractor and go here frequently. The staff is always nice and friendly and helpful. Admittedly, sometimes it can take a minute to find someone free to give you a hand but once you do, they know their stuff. I only had one not perfect experience here and it was that I once had to wait like 30 minutes for my curbside delivery but I used that time to eat my lunch so it wasn’t a big deal. Would recommend to anyone looking to do some in store shopping. Be a little cautious with curbside but aside from that this place is great.

Lou and George in the paint department are very knowledgeable and willing to help. Ritchie must be a manager because he problem solves and makes sure you're taken care of. Raymond in hardware went above and beyond. Even making key copies for me on his own. Edmund answered my electrical questions and was ready to help me place an online order. Nancy from the window department scheduled a consultation for me and explained the entire process to me. Great experience! Thanks!

Very friendly customer service. Helpful ppl in the aisles. Love that there is a drive thru Dunkin nearby to grab a joe either before or after my visit. They don’t have as wide a selection as the Yonkers location but usually some research on their app beforehand reveals what’s available. They can also call the Yonkers store to hold for you.

This is the best home depot in the area by far. It's well stocked and they have the best staff. Simon is the most helpful employee I've ever met in any store. He's knowledgeable and really wants to make a difference during your visit.

In my previous career I was a Retail Manager for 25 years and I know good customer service when I see it. Today I needed to return a Jonathan Y ceiling fan that I purchased in January of this year and unfortunately the motor burnt out. I called the vendor and they instructed me to return it to Home Depot. I absolutely dread returns and reluctantly called Home Depot in Hawthorne. I got Eileen on the phone who assured me she will work with me as I purchased it in good faith. When I arrived I needed to wait around 15 minutes as she was helping the woman before me with an issue. She was trying different methods to assist the woman and pointed out to the customer that they were both getting the same outcome when dialing a specific phone number. The customer left with follow up information and was satisfied. I was impressed by her customer service skills. I introduced myself and Eileen kept her word by returning my ceiling fan. She and the Manager who approved the return simplified my return process and I greatly appreciated it also thanking them in the end. THANK YOU AGAIN EILEEN!

I do not write reviews. However my experience at this Home Depot was exceptional. Juan went out of his way to assist and help with my project needs. He went above and beyond when he did not need to and was so kind. As I was outside, attempting to load my car, Layton came over and went above and beyond to help me secure the items to my roof. These two employees were exceptional and I am grateful for their help. I will now be coming to this Home Depot for all my needs.

Say what you will about Home Depot’s politics (and I will say they are trash, through and through) you can’t deny the fact that they’ve set the bar as far as being too incompetent to organize a drawer full of fasteners goes. Doubly so if it’s the metric section! Hey, it’s cool, I get it! Counting is hard! There’s just too many numbers to keep them all in order!

They usually have what I need at affordable prices. Some of the folks can be quite helpful 🙂

Today I went to home depot and my cashier was Erica. She is such a great worker and was very helpful. Great vibes and easy self checkout. Was a pleasure having her as my fast check out cashier tonight. She deserves a raise! God bless her!

We were shopping for a Christmas tree but hard for us and other customers to find help. An employee not only went to help and get help, but his decisiveness and leadership with other employees quickly eradicated the very long line of customers attempting to purchase and check out. Thank you Juan for coming to everyone's rescue!

Great store with an army of sale associates eager to offer assistance. Not typical of my local Homedepot. This was my first encounter with their lockers which I must say is very convenient. It is a real shame that I have to drive 25.2 miles to experience this level of quality service.

Thursday night prime ribs is the best!!

Home Depot is the Costco or Sam's club for hardware, tools, appliances, paints, garden products and home improvement items.
Almost anything you want done in your apartment or home, they have the products for you, and at decent prices. Personnel are great. They will help you find what you need and give you great advice. The websites are great also. Order online and pick up at the store.

Went to Home Depot to purchase a couple things. Tonia and Jill treated me like a VIP! Excellent customer service skills, it was like the red carpet was rolled out just for me. Please give them a promotion or something, we need more people like them at Home Depot or any other place of business!👊🏻

I just had the most pleasant experience at this Home Depot. Each employee I encountered at both Customer Service and the self-check out area were beyond helpful and nice to deal with. And five stars/kudos/two thumbs up to Lamar (Head Cashier) who went out of his way by calling us back when he found more of the item we were looking for. Wow, just, wow!

I always go to this Home Depot because Mike Sabatino is amazing at customer service. He is an extensively knowledgeable expert in the garden section. He is a very effective communicator and has worked hard over the past 2 years to help me make sure they have in stock what I need and get my supplies in a timely manner. Without Mike's expertise and help, it would be more difficult to accomplish many of my landscaping tasks in a timely manner with such great results. Thank you, Mike!

A manager produced a receipt I lost from a different HomeDepot two months ago. She looked into the issue for about 5 minutes with nothing about it.
She then was able to to refund me and match the price of a ladder I bought the month before. That in total saved me $72 on a $150 purchase. The staff is generally professional or friendly most of the time. Products are decently stocked.
