I didn't have any hot water. I called to have someone come and Joe was at the condo within an hour. I needed a new hot water heater and one was purchased and put in the same day. I am so grateful to Joe and the installers for the prompt response and the kind installers . Thank you Bee and Jay.

Bee and Jay are the best! I called on a Friday morning about a problem with my sump pump and the plumbers were at my house within just a few hours. Super responsive, excellent service and expert plumbers. I will be calling them with all of my future plumbing needs.

I have been using Bee & Jay Plumbing since 1998, I had a water softener and neutralizer installed yesterday and this is my first published review. Jim and Matt arrived at 8am as promised and worked non stop until the job was completed. Jim and Matt did a phenomenal job in installation and cleanup. I was very impressed with Jim's professionalism and my overall experience with Bee & Jay Plumbing & Heating.

Bee and Jay does beautiful, professional, quality work. The water main into my house was leaking, and Joe put a large amount of time into planning how they would fix it. Gene and the rest of the team then did clean, effective work, making no mess at all and completely fixing the problem. Their work was more than a fix, actually, it was a home improvement! I highly recommend Bee and Jay.

Had a leak, running up an unwarranted water bill and the area was challenging to get to because of the crawl space. Had called few company's; they were either a no show or too lazy to do the job. Not Bee & Jay Plumbing! They sent the best guys over to come access what was needed and got the job done! No more leaks therefore no high water bill. Bee and Jay to the rescue again!!! (almost a year to the day I first called them). I had let a small drip go at the kitchen sink for a few months. Knew it was not good but life gets in the way and was kinda holding off since we plan to redo our entire kitchen. Well my little drip started to get worse and leaks were appearing from the faucet, the drain- you name it. Destroyed the cabinet bottom - had no idea how bad it REALLY was.Their service team showed up right on time (early actually!) and immediately addressed the issue. The guys were professional, organized (covered the work area) and went to work on the sink like they knew the issue before I got to tell them! Now here is why this company is the best- honesty. My sink needs to be replaced- but knowing I will be having it all torn out- they suggested replacing the faucet and pipe -but to leave the sink for now. "Why pay for a new one you ll throw away in a few months?" Now THAT is a statement that shows how Bee and Jay put the customer first and foremost- always! I can not say enough about how good they are in every aspect of their work, and most of all, how well they treat their customers!!!

Recently widowed, and knowing nothing about plumbing, I was faced with a clogged kitchen sink and a toilet that didn't work. Bee and Jay Plumbing was recommended. Ted, a co-owner, came over. He suggested a few places to purchase a new toilet and the type I should buy. While at my condo, I asked for his advice on a few other projects I wanted to do, some involving additional plumbing work and others that were unrelated. He made some very helpful suggestions and offered some alternative ways that would save me money.

After purchasing a new toilet, I called to schedule an appointment to install it and to also fix my kitchen sink. Needless to say, Tim, the plumber arrived at the exact time they told me. He was extremely knowledgeable and completed the jobs in no time at all. And he even took the old toilet with him to be disposed! He was not only informative, but he was also very patient when I kept asking him plumbing questions -- and pleasant on top of that!

I now feel a lot more confident knowing that when I'm faced with future plumbing problems, I have a "friend" to call.

We have had work done by Bee and Jay for many many years, and not once, whether big jobs or ordinary repairs, have we been dissatisfied. Their customer service is exemplary, as is their workmanship and professionalism. When we call, they are courteous, prompt, efficient and always come prepared. The parts are correct, they never have to come back to ‘fix’ an issue, and what they quote is what they charge. No smoke and mirrors here. Their work force is skilled and get right to the job, fix and finish, and they are so neat, you never know they’ve been there. We have had many experiences with various contractors over the many years, and none have ever beaten Bee and Jay!!!

We purchased our home in Somers, NY, about 12yrs ago and over the years we
have had the need for a plumber on three different occasions. Shortly after buying
our home the well pump died, we completely renovated our kitchen approx 5yrs ago
(needed a gas line installed and appliances hooked up) and just recently we experienced a leak in one of our showers which was dripping into the lower section of the house. A close friend recommended Bee and Jay Plumbing and we have been using them ever since. Have liked them since day one!!! I give there work, dependability, promptness, pricing and anything else associated with them a "10". They are outstanding and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. "Jimmy" had come to our home on every
occasion - Great guy!! If you need a plumber don't waist your time looking any further,just hire Bee and Jay Plumbing, you will be very happy with them.

We are so pleased we found Bee & Jay Plumbing. We were accumulating little plumbing jobs around the house and finally had to make some calls. It is not easy to find well-rated plumbers, licensed in Putman, who are interested in the little odd jobs. When I called Bee & Jay, I was mainly hoping they could give me a recommendation for a plumber that would do small plumbing jobs

Lori in the office is fantastic! She asked about the work needed, gave pricing upfront, and we booked the appt. Done & Easy. The plumbers called before showing up to let us know they were on their way.

Dan and Brian were polite, professional, efficient, and explained everything.
Lori called the next day to make sure everything went well.

It is a nice feeling to know who to call for big and small plumbing jobs.

I called their service and received a call back immediately. They helped guide me through all my plumbing and well problems! Great company to deal with! Prompt, Professional, Courteous just all around great company to deal with. Came to our house to fix a plumbing issue asked them to look at another issue I needed fixed with thermostat that had just broken, they had both issues fixed quickly and efficiently!!

When I deal with any company, there are a few things I will not accept. It seems today many(most) companies have gotten a little lapse in trying to maintain a high level of Customer Satisfaction. This is especially true when a company is doing well and has the attitude that they have plenty of existing business. So, they either don't return phone calls or tell you they cannot give you a time they will be there so someone must be home all day waiting. And even with that, there are times when they do not show up and we received no call.

Having dealt with you now for 2 issues, I can see why your company is successful. When our well pump went, Joe showed up on a Friday night and because you were booked thru Monday, actually suggested I call another company, which after dealing with Joe was not an option. He even tried to provide a temporary circumvention to get us water thru the weekend. Unfortunately, he felt that circumvention would not work because of the cold. So, we would wait till Tuesday, AM. On Tuesday, we received a call around 8 telling us they were on their way and the job was finished by early Tuesday afternoon. After a couple of days, I thought the new well pump, because the well had been disturbed and there was a lot of sediment in the water, had clogged our water softener. I called Joe and he was out that night to see if he could help resolve it. This ended up being my mistake but again, he came over immediately. While he was there we discussed the 2nd issue...replace the water holding tank...and he said he would work up an estimate and get back to us. That estimate was in my mail by the next morning and the work was completed a few days later. I also don't want to leave out the guys that actually do the work. While they were working, any and all questions about the well were answered like professionals....and that was for both jobs that were done. I never got the feeling that I was bothering them when I had a few questions.

So my bottom line is...you show up when you say.....your workers are very professional.....you return calls promptly..... and you are quick to respond with estimates of the work needed. And each time I have sent an email with a question, you or someone in the office answers it immediately. These are the reasons I would most likely come back to you for any additional plumbing I need....as soon as we recover from these 2 unexpected repairs.....:>)

Though I don't live in Mahopac, my mom does. While I was with her on a Saturday morning, a pipe in the wall of her condominium sprung a leak.

Joe responded to my call and assured me he'd be to me within the hour. He and Mark were here just as promised within 45 minutes. They were courteous, careful, pleasant and most importantly, proficient in their craft.

Had a faulty pipe. Bee & Jay came quickly and did the job well. Matt and Ryan were very professional. Problem was explained and fixed promptly.

I had an issue with a bath tub fixture. I called Bee & Jay and they sent someone the next day. The guys were FANTASTIC!! Very professional, fast and on a personal note... had good personalities. I would highly recommend this family business.

Had a leak in our basement, the guys came out that day and found the problem. They gave us a couple of options that we could fix now or in the future. They were extremely friendly and asked if we had any general questions about the plumbing in our house (since we had just purchased the home). Would definitely recommend them.

My water heater stopped working on Thanksgiving day. I called Joe the very same day and even though they were extremely busy, he took the time to speak to me about it. The very next day he had his crew out at my home and installed a brand new water heater. Professional as always! I've used them in the past and will continue to use them.
