I have found it most helpful when someone answers the phone after hours since I'm calling from CA. and the hours are not always convenient for me with the time difference. Once the moving guy needed the code to get in. The other thing I like is when I get a text reminding me to pay before the grace period ends. I was waiting to set up auto pay on a new credit card and it hadn't arrived for my second payment. They are always helpful on the phone.

Quick and easy. Painless sign up process. Competitive rates. Seems secure. Sucks that it isn't climate controlled but that's easily dealt with. I'm hoping they're not the type to throw your stuff out in the road if you're a week late with payment. Hopefully I don't find out. Does the job it's needed for-no more,no less.

Great storage company. It’s always been easy to get someone on the phone, like when I forgot my code. Seems like they’ve made a lot of improvements recently.
