The Farmhouse

Just grabbed a wrap for lunch and it was the best I’ve had around here. Wraps and sandwiches need to be better than the sum of their parts to be great and this definitely was. Looking forward to trying more off the menu, sandwiches sound great.

Pristine shop with local art, local treasures and a wide variety of drinks (non-alcoholic and alcoholic), meats, cheeses, chips, fruit, etc.. The sandwich I had was perfect - the bread was crunchy and soft with delicious pickles and locally sourced meats & cheeses. And it was very large! The couscous side salad was so good, too. Helpful staff. Appreciated the military discount. Spacious table to eat at if your not in and out (great items to go on a picnic with...!). I'm gonna keep their charcuterie boards in mind for the future!

A/C is beautifully perfect on a hot summer day. Beer is ice cold. Sandwich selection is stellar. If you have any drop of Italian DNA you are going to love this place. Great cold cut sandwiches.

So I'm from Long Island, and I randomly stopped by The Farmhouse Market one weekend because I was in the area visiting some friends. BEST choice ever!

They have a little bit of everything from the surrounding areas--beers, meats, cheeses, sauces, ketchup, soups, bread, salsa, hot sauce, chips, etc. Anything you can think of!
And the best part was there was a little deli counter. You can get a fresh Charcuterie Board to go! It will be all wrapped up and you can take it to one of the local parks near by. We also go some deli sandwiches from there and some amazing local craft beers!! We have a fully packed lunch all prepared to go, not a long wait at all!

The Cornwall Landing Park is only a 10-15 minute drive from the market! So you grab your food from there and then have a beautiful afternoon eating all this amazing food and enjoy the fresh air right on the Hudson.

Was looking for a places in Cornwall I haven't been yet and came upon the Farmhouse. Previously, it was a market only, but they have now updated to have a restaurant and bar. The bar has a few beers on draft, a small wine and liquor selection and they said will be getting wine on draft which I found interesting. The charcuterie selection and made to order sandwiches and sides looked tasty. We ordered Mac and Cheese to start as an appetizer. I got the Chicken Sandwich and my co-worker got the country fried steak. Both were delicious. The chicken sandwich sounds a little bizarre based in the ingredients but the all complimented each other for great flavor. I'm picky on my Mac and cheese.... cause I love cheese... it was very good and cheesy. I was disappointed because I really wanted the brats in blankets. But.. that just means I have to go back! Loved the ambience and Rebecca (I think that's right) who took care of us.

Love this place! A fantastic sandwich spot for lunch but also serves a mean cocktail for happy hour- love a place that can do breakfast, lunch AND dinner well!

Stopped in to pick up some cheese for dinner. Ended up staying for some frosty beers. Took home some of the best guacamole I've tasted and fresh mozzarella....a local gem! Will definitely be back no doubt. Thanks Mike friendly service too!

Highly recommend. Burger and beer on our first visit- delicious burger and beers are all local. Second visit we sat outside for sandwiches. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff!

Great food, great drinks; awesome staff.. I never know when it is open as the front window is dark even when it is open. I love the place and hope it succeeds!

This place is great. The dinners are comfort food that are delicious. I just had the Sunday brunch, poached eggs with guacamole and bacon on a hash brown. So good. Lunch has been a staple for me at least once a week. Salads and sandwiches, awesome! Everything has a little bit of a different flavor from standard and it always makes it better.

We went here with our 3 kids for lunch and everyone left full and happy. The vinaigrette on my orange quinoa salad was delicious and my boys and husband really enjoyed their sandwiches, loved how they are all named after different hiking trails in the area, it even inspired us to hike one after we ate.

Stopped here for lunch after a day trip from the city to Storm King. Super fresh made-to-order sandwiches! I also picked up a few grocery items they source locally- salsa and flavored popcorn and Concord grapes! Don’t miss this spot if you’re passing through Cornwall- will definitely be back!!

First time stopping in to this place food was good and the women who was running the counterThe absolute sweetest person ever. I'm talking Mrs Clever she made my day just being who she is..The third time I went the cook with the beard just tossed my food at me and said have a nice day.

Amazing food and amazing atmosphere! Rebecca and the rest of the staff make this place like nowhere else in the Hudson valley. My girlfriend and I came in and sat at the bar during the Cornwall fall fest. They are so kind and welcoming and fun! The food is delicious and has healthy vegan options too! Variety of options and great happy hour options! Offers take out as well! Best food in Cornwall! So lucky to have them here!

I had a great experience. Ordered earlier in the day for delivery of two charcuterie boards with added meats and cheeses. It was the perfect amount of food for my get-together. Looking forward to dining in next time.

Great Food. I have come for a late afternoon lunch on multiple times and I have never been disappointed..Everything is fresh and tastes better than your average deli. You pay a little more, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for and I have to say the quality is definitely there..I recommend the Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese, The split rock sandwich, and the Smoked Chicken Salad Wrap all three are excellent..

A gem in the middle of Cornwall! The restaurant is bright and clean, with indoor and outdoor seating. The food is delicious! The menu has so many great options for any time of the day. All the ingredients are fresh and mostly local- and the cocktails are a perfect pairing! Staff is really friendly- especially Mike who was really accommodating, will definitely come back all the time!

We came for the very first time on a weekend evening when they were down at least one person and busy. It didn't matter because, Rebecca (I hope that's right) was fantastic and treated us like honored guests. They have charcuterie that is from all around the area, and a food truck kitchen with a simple but tasty menu. There are great beer, cider, and drink items that are phenomenal. Can't wait to go back!

You get what you pay for and The Farmhouse Mkt is no exception. The food is delicious and plentiful: fish and chips was enough for two servings! The spicy fried chicken sandwich was substantial and expertly prepared. And my favorite, go-to is the cheesesteak, which rivals those in Philly with local farm steak and plenty of it. All these dishes come with a mountain of freshly cut french fries. Next time I will order one of the craft 4-packs of Pilsner they offer. That would complete a meal fit for a King: me! Highly recommended.
