Sampson Plumbing came to my house to do a sink repair. They came on time and the technicians who arrived were knowledgeable and explained the repair to me before proceeding. The office staff was able to accommodate me on same day service. Would definitely recommend.

My 30 years old gas boiler was out back in February. I picked 2 companies nearby, but Joe was able to come and install it the next day. They also replaced my 30 years old hot water tank. They finished the work in 1 day and cleaned up everything. They broke few steps in my basement when they moved the heavy equipment. I didn't expect them to come back the next day and fixed my stairscase. I think the most difficult task for them was installing my 2 Nest thermostats. They tried so many times, but for some reason they couldn't get the Nest to control the new gas boiler. So they offered me 2 batteries power Honeywell thermostats instead. The crews were very professional. Highly recommend.

Had a sump pump failure . I called 8am Monday morning and had an appointment for 1pm that afternoon. Two workers came and diagnosed the issue replaced what was needed . The customer care is what I look for coupled with the knowledge and this company has both - that’s why I use them for any heating plumbing gas projects .I will say this every time - communication is HUGE because for me ,you need to break it down to where I understand what I’m spending my money on -the guys did a fantastic job from the moment they got there to the time they left - keep up the good work ! I first spoke to Joe the owner to set up work. His crew came as scheduled and on time. I had my water tank, gas boiler and thermostat replaced. The guys that work for joe are fantastic. They are professional, neat and very nice. They worked a full steady day and had the job done in one visit. They seemed to be pleased working for the company and it shows in their workmanship. I wish every business was run as efficiently and with such a strong emphasis on customer care. We used Sampson for an oil to gas conversion and the workers were prompt, clean and respectful. The office staff was competent and receptive and the entire experience was exceptional. Every company should be like this.

I signed up for a free boiler cleaning and tune-up through National Grid and was lucky enough to have it contracted out through Sampson plumbing. Great communication with the office and the tech that came was great and very informative. Highly recommend!

Few days ago, I saw my laminate flooring rise up. I thought I could fix this myself, until I touched the flooring itself. It was very hot. I did some research and realized I might have a slab leak. On top of that, I had hot water coming out of my cold water faucets. I called up Sampson plumbing. Their response time was awesome, I had called at 9a, had Joe come out at 11a, (who confirmed my worse fears as a homeowner), technicians arrive at 1p, fixed by 4p. They used drop cloths, taped up the entryway to reduce dust getting all over my house, explained everything they did, cleaned up afterwards. When it comes to problems like these, you need a professional organization that can take the problem off your hands, handle it, and leave you feeling the problem never existed. That what Sampson's plumbing did for me. I highly recommend them. Professional, diligent, speedy, timely, no complaints. Employ them for your plumbing needs and thank yourself for making a smart decision later. For any reader that's interested, the hot water was leaking into the sand, heating everything up, and that's why my cold water was running hot -- fixing the slab leak fixed this issue.

Changing over to Natural gas, from oil and propane. They were very professional and very very clean. Covered everything including the rug, I did not have to clean anything when they left. Also they were very respectful, I would highly recommend this company. The owner was only a phone call away and answered all my questions, thanks Joe. He also came out a day or two later and wanted to check to see the job the guys did and also if we had any questions. The women in the office was also a pleasure to talk to she was very helpful and made sure we knew everything that was going to happen.

I highly recommend Joe Sampson's plumbing!!! So I tried to get multiple plumbers to come and fix my kitchen faucet and I got no return calls.... But when I called Joe Sampson's plumbing Molly got me on the schedule in 2 days. Matthew and RJ came at my appointment time and they were very personable and professional and were able to diagnose the problem and fix my faucet within an hour!
