store is great! They have everything on the shelf all the time and when i can't find something i ask a staff member and they have no problem helping me find it! Great store with extremely friendly staff. A+++++

Since their grand opening in 2019, their kitchen looks really nice. They make the best corn and I think this is one of the best grocery stores to go to. Their prices are really good, and I like the robot to clean spills rather than the workers having to do it.

I shop there all the time and they have everything I need. All the workers are very polite and love seeing them. Very comfortable place

It was a nice and clean store. Not crazy busy either. Most of everything on sale was in stock as well. The store prices are much lower than KK.

"A neighborhood grocer for more than 100 years, Stop & Shop offers a wide assortment with a focus on fresh, healthy options at a great value"...and most importantly they care about their customers. On May 14th I was shopping and took a nasty fall. 100% my fault. I left my cart in the main aisle and walked up the aisle that carried paper towels trash bags etc...with arms full I headed back to my cart. Totally shorten the curve and tripped on the display pallet. MY FAULT. From that point on I was treated like a new born baby...exceptional customer service. I can't express how much their staff worried over me. The sincere concerned care was absolutely touching. I don't know the three employees that expressed concern but they are surely an asset to Stop & Shop. A neighborhood. They knew it was my fault but yet they wanted to make sure I was OK. Wow. Thank you Stop & Shop. I'm so proud to be part of your neighborhood grocery store...

Not my usual store but all the savings are the same, same type of great staff and clean store.

I love that I can use the ScanIt app to scan my groceries right into my bags, scan the barcode when I'm done and pay and be on my way. No waiting in lines, putting all my stuff on the Belt, packing bags. This is just so easy. And it helps me keep track of my spending.

I have stop and shop they have wonderful works there a wonderful store to shop at i love to see everything work as team there i always go in there a lot and all the staff are so welcoming and friendly

Clean store and good selection, actually saw two people drop things and was announced and cleaned quickly. Also went the day after panic buying from a predicted hurricane and shelves were stocked well. Produce is well maintained and anything that doesn't look appetizing was removed. Cashier friendly with separate bagger who was careful. Good experience.

This store is always clean, sale items are always available. The deli counter is so helpful and Johnny always has a smile for his customers. The pharmacists show concern and Mike the store manager runs the store like a well oiled machine. Absolutely my go to food shopping store

The store was clean and the shelves were stocked, they had many self checkouts with no line which I enjoyed.

I love being able to shop with the ‘gun’ to keep track of my spending, as well as being able to bag my items as I shop, so much quicker and I can bag my groceries the way I want them bagged. I used to be a Shoprite customer, but not anymore.

One complaint I have is jumbo eggs. They are far from jumbo. Some even look like they are small/medium. I have given up on their eggs and make an inconvenient stop at Meat Farms for my jumbo eggs, and they are much cheaper.

I do love Stop n Shop….even if some prices are more expensive than Shoprite. All about convenience while shopping, ringing up my order and bagging my groceries. Worth a few extra pennies.

Everybody is very pleasant as well.

Always have great experience here. Manager Chris helped my elderly Mother and i personally get toiletries and heavy items to register and out to the car when i hurt my back. Store is always clean, and stocked, and employees are always nice.

The new renovations are fantastic. The self checkout is easier than ever. I find shopping here goes by too quickly! I use the Scan It app. That kind of shopping experience will keep me as a repeat customer. Thanks.

Love my Stop & Shop. Always fresh and clean. The deli guys are nice, but then again so are the guys who stock the frozen food aisle. Any time I’ve ask for help with anything I’m always met with a smile.

Stop and Shop is a little more expensive than the store I usually go to, but Stop and Shop always has plenty of items to purchase, the fruit and meat always looks fresh. Your sale items are great. The store also has hard to find products when following a recipe. But, unfortunately, you pay extra for that service.

Great employees!!! Always happy and helpful, I just watched them personal help an older gentleman then let in someone after they closed. This store has awesome employees for many other reasons too!!

The new renovations are very impressive. Love the new Cafe and the fresh made smoothies (I had the pina colada) YUM.
The to go food bar is very nice with many great choices. I love the scan it feature. Helps me get in and out quickly.
Specials are always a good buy. And love the gas rewards feature.
Bonus: I won 5.00 on a scratch off lottery on my way out

I want to give a great report about Nicole in the grocery pick up. Not only is she a sweetheart of a person…. Her work ethic is exemplary she has single-handedly given me a reason to do my ordering and curbside pick up with the Holbrook store. She is truly an asset to the stop and shop company and should be recognized for her great work. For example this was my first time ever ordering groceries in this manner and really had no idea what to expect but after I went home I realized that One of my items had been substituted for something completely different and another one was not substitute it for something else however the size I ordered was larger and they gave me a smaller one and didn’t adjust the price accordingly, when I called I had the pleasure of speaking with Nicole not only did she explain that she would make the adjustment and I would be credited I also asked about substitutions how that works and several other questions that she was more than happy to answer in depth and gave me suggestions that would help me for the next time with my order such as coupons in other ways of making my order even easier. She went above and beyond and was an absolute doll to speak with I truly felt as if I picked up the phone and asked my best friend a question. Thank You Nicole and Stop and Shop Holbrook make sure you do something very special for Nicole she is a keeper please acknowledge that.
