Putnam Dental Arts

I’ve been a patient with Putnam dental arts for many years now. Both dentists (spouses) are very professional and caring. They are true patient advocates in terms of pain management. One never feels rushed there. I’ve had many dentists over the years but this family centered group have really raised the bar. P.s. their staff is always pleasant and very helpful. A very welcoming, caring and knowledgeable group!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Shah for over a year and she is the best dentist I’ve ever had! She and her staff are so welcoming. She takes the time to educate, explain any procedures, and understand your whole health (not just dental). Routine cleanings are painless and comprehensive. I’ve recommended this practice to others because a practice like this is hard to find.

Dr. Shah and Dr. Patel are amazing!! They are thorough and take a great deal of time to talk with you, give you suggestions and make you feel comfortable and at ease. The office staff and dental hygienists are friendly, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend Putnam Dental Arts.

There are not enough stars here to rate this dental practice!!! They deserve 10 stars!! The doctors and staff in this office go above and beyond with their patients!! First, my child had an injury at school and Christine fit us in right that day. Dr. Shah came in early to take care of him. She was kind and addressed all of my concerns regarding the injury. Secondly, they are very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything that is being done at your appointment is thoroughly explained, and helpful hints are given to help you maximize your oral health. We were new patients and it was the best oral exam and cleaning I had ever had! Finally, I have VERY sensitive teeth. Dr. Shah was very patient and careful with me so I could get through the appointment with as little pain as possible. If you are shopping for a new dentist, look no further! It is so nice to know that I have a dentist that is truly worried about my well-being!

I've been going to Putnam Dental for over 10 year's, my husband and 2 son's also. Our experience with them have been exceptional! All of the staff are so much more than just great at what they do.They also make you feel like you're so much more also. Office is very clean, they're so professional and organize. They are all great at what they do. I am very pleased and satisfied with them all. I can not thank them enough for all that they do. I highly recommend Putnam Dental Arts.

I used to dread going to the dentist but since I found Putnam Dental Arts it's no longer a dread of mine. Every there is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and makes the time for you. The dentists take the time to go over your routine with you and answer all questions before you appointment is over. Chris at the front desk is a ray of sunshine. She is always in a good mood and works with your schedule to make an appointments. Can't say enough positive things about Putnam Dental Arts.

If your looking for a new dentist office or just wanting to try some place different look no further ! Putnam dental arts is the place to go . The hole staff here is tremendous and first rate ! Dr. Patel is with out a doubt one of the best dentists in the area. His attention to detail and his knowledge of current dental procedures is why He's my dentist. I would highly recommend this practice .

Putnam Dental Arts in Mahopac is a wonderful place. Coming from someone who has always had fear of going to the dentist, this husband and wife team make you feel at home and work with you to offer the best treatment plan you can get. Chris at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well as the dental assistant and hygienist deb. I have had a lot of work done over the past year and couldn’t be happier. I would refer everyone here.

I've been to alot of dental offices, and this is the ONLY one I would recommend. From the first visit I got a comprehensive and detailed overview of everything going on in my mouth. They went over everything in details that I understood and made me feel very comfortable. Each person in the office makes me feel like a friend and i feel like they really care about what happens to me. If I call them with an issue, I know that helping me is top on their list.
Even though we all know going to the dentist is no fun, this office definitely makes me WANT to go. This is my dentist office for life!

I have been a patient at Putnam Dental Arts for several years. The dentists, hygienists and staff have always been professional, courteous and friendly. Unlike many other medical offices, especially large conglomerates, my appointments routinely begin as scheduled and I can, therefore, plan my day. Have been using Putnam Dental Arts for a few years now. Dr. Shah is always very gentle, caring and thorough, as is the hygienist. They don’t push services or do anything unless it is necessary and always give options. Everyone there is professional and the office is modern. I would definitely recommend them.

I’m not a fan of the dentist but have been going to Dr. Patel for years now. They are super patient and all the staff are extremely welcoming and calming. I never have to wait. They keep scheduled appointments and do not double book. Super clean office and provide a professional service.
