Mattress Firm Dix Hills

Went to Mattress Firm on Jericho in Dix Hills to get an adjustable bed for our elderly parents and Elisa was wonderful. Very personal and professional helping us make the right decision on a bed for our parents both in their 90’s. And the price was very fair and reasonable including delivery, setup and taking our old bed away. I would recommend this store and certainly Elisa for your bedding needs.

I cannot recommend Elisa enough! As a single mother, my time is limited and Elisa made my shopping experience seamless. Over the phone, at the end of a long day, Elisa was able to match my budget, arranged my delivery all the way to Westchester and found me a bed frame in less than a minute at an awesome price. Elisa is a calm, knowledgeable, patient sale expert, who is never pushy. I am sending all my friends to her!

Amazing day picking out our new mattress, thanks to our “Sleep Expert” JOE. He really educated us and was not a pushy salesman at all. Very professional and friendly, he made the whole process fun. We would definitely recommend this store and be sure to ask for Joe, you won’t be disappointed!

We have bought mattresses from here prior to this purchase. We will always buy mattresses from them. Sales staff, Elisa,Julie could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Delivery staff were quick, clean, and friendly. You really can’t ask for a better place for your mattress purchase. Sale prices are great.

Experience was much better than I thought it would be. Joe was excellent, not pushy, very knowledgeable and encouraged me to check out the beds to my heart's desire. The gentleman who delivered our mattresses were very courteous and set everything up for us. I don’t remember the name of the man who was in charge but I remember he was Turkish, if that helps- he was terrific!

Julie was amazing in helping us find the right mattress for our needs and budget! She clearly explained everything about the mattresses, financing and discounts, and delivery. She also gave us plenty of time to try out the mattresses and decide if we liked them, without making us feel pressured to buy a mattress right away. Had a great experience with Julie here. She was inviting and listened to what I was looking for. I spent a lot of time in the store trying out a few different mattresses till I found the perfect one. She was patient with me and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

Elisa was very candid and honest about the admittedly confusing array of options. Its a must to lay on an expensive mattress before you plunk down the $. She explained everything and the result was a great transaction. Looking forward to our new bed in only 24 hours!
