Putnam County Veterans Memorial Park

Always emptying quiet. Nice to see hiking trails with a decent elevation game to get your heart going.

Perfect for stay a chill moment with the family, a clean area and no much people in there, we went in a sunday and it was great.

This place is one of the best spots if you want peace and quiet. You can also BBQ and cool off on the beach area they have. Also the bathrooms are always clean.

Amazing place to spend time with family. I was alone and riding the bike, and decided to enter once and to see what's going on. Was amazing place, I don't know what festival was in there but was fun. Played chess, watched dogs game and etc. Atmosphere was good.

Great park for group gatherings, group events, and kids to play. I went there for the car show and country festival.

Chris Ruthven and his staff do an incredible job keeping the best kept secret in top notch condition. On top of housing outstanding veterans memorials and war Monuments there are trails everywhere. I wish it was utilized more by our community

Excellent park to honor our Veterans with memorials throughout. Quite a few Boy Scout Eagle Scout projects throughout the park. Small beach to cool off...playground for the kids.

$8 per vehicle parking fee. Playgrounds.

Beautiful park for a day with the family to a huge company picnic or a family reunion. Swimming in the lake and fishing are fun things to do there. Pavilions available for use and to rent. Easy to get to. Enjoy.

This park has good trails for an easy hike. The pond is full of life and there is an outside gym with simple upper and lower body work outs. There is a playground for kids and a helicopter on display mounted in the air neat the memorial.
