John Grana - State Farm Insurance Agent

I want to share my experience with John Grana .As an insurance agent, he was welcoming , knowledgeable and experienced. In another word, he was well-versed in his business. I have received the valuable recommendations which helped me to save money, to lower my rate for the upcoming year and get some experience and knowledge for the future. He was very thorough explaining the options to me .During our contact John answered my emails and phone calls without delay in a respectful manner. His team was helpful as well. They all were ready to help and support. John is highly recommended to me because my experience was very positive and pleasant.

I have been with John Grana- State Farm for the past 3 years from when I first got insurance and they have always been amazing. Everyone at the office is amazing and super helpful. I have never had any issues or any stress to deal with from them. They make auto insurance hassle free and focus highly on their customer care and support. I highly recommend them.

Much needed change in my auto and homeowners insurance. Called State Farm and was connected to Serina at the Carmel NY office, where she helped me to save much more than I was paying. Very helpful, friendly office and met John Grana who welcomed me before I left.So happy to have made the change.

Suzanne is the absolute best! I recently bought a home and she was there every step of the way. She was able to get me a great rate and provided a declarations page quickly when my mortgage company asked for the documents. I was able to bundle my home and auto and saved over $30 a month. John Grana has been my insurance agent and will ALWAYS remain my insurance agent because he is quite simply the best. There has never been a time when I couldn’t reach him with a question, and never been a time where he couldn’t provide the best options for me in auto, home, and life…even in life! I highly recommend him to everyone, but certainly to the people I love most.

I had such a positive experience with her, that I went back a couple months later to bundle auto insurance. Once again she offered me great service and guidance and even worked on a Saturday to make sure my insurance was all set before the week was out. Grateful to have received her help!

I have been with John Grana and his team for the past 16 years, and would of been with them forever if I did not relocate. John and Suzanne were two of my favorite people and treated me like I was family. They were always responsive, provided me with guidance, and always supported me throughout every process. John and Suzanne both helped me with the process to move to another State, and leaving them was not an easy decision. If I could give them 100 stars, I would, and I mean that wholeheartedly. Aside from just John and Suzanne, whoever answered the phone was friendly, and provided me with whatever information I needed in a timely manner. Sue calls, with her pleasant voice, asking for yearly information and when I call the office is always so helpful. I HIGHLY recommend John Grana for all your insurance needs!! After a very bad experience with another agency and agent I found John and it's been nothing but heaven since. I find his rates very fair if not below market - and his customer service OUTSTANDING. He seems to always have my best interests at heart. Always available to take my calls and willing to take the time to answer in detail any questions I have. JUST A GREAT GUY!

Let me start by saying that as the owner of a service business, I am pretty tough to impress when it comes to service. John and his staff impress me on a regular basis and we are a pretty demanding company. I finally switched to them for my personal insurance after realizing that you will NOT get personal service from some of these other companies when you need it most (I was using progressive, and the pricing changed all of the time and I could never get a person on the phone). With John and Co. you get the same folks all of the time and they are available when you need them. AND the pricing is great!!!! I recently had my mother switch over to John after being with Metropolitan for about 40 years. Let me say this....try one of the online brokers for a year....watch your rates change all of the time (never in your favor), and see just how impossible it is to get someone when you need them. Yeah, they are easy to sign up with, but forget it when you need them. And the prices ALWAYS start out great ,,,but they go up and quick. For the person who wrote the negative review here...they must never dealt with any insurance agent before...ever. John is a sweetheart and is totally for the customer 100%.

My mother and I have used John Grana's services for over 20 years and we pay not only for the insurance policy but also for the fast, expert service when insurance is needed. John Grana is only a phone call away and he and his agents have always handed our issues expertly, professionally and politely. Like a GOOD neighbor State Farm's John Grana is there.
