Todd did a great job explaining our options and providing us with information so we could switch back to Verizon and upgrade our phones.

Rodney was very helpful and polite. After a situation where I needed my line transfered to another account, he did it quickly and answered all of our questions and also set my mom up with a new upgrade. Thank you, it was the best experience I've had here.

My girlfriend and I wanted to switch to Verizon from a different carrier, and switch from android to Apple. Ryan made the whole process super easy and literally came in on his day off when our phones arrived ( the iPhones we wanted they had to order ) because my phone was not charging right and was on its last leg. Great customer service and very professional. Very happy we switched.

TJ Staie was absolutely incredible helping me as an old man get a new phone and very knowledgeable and even helped me recover all of my accounts when I had forgotten all of my passwords He should be no.inated employee of the year!

I was with total wireless and had a 3g phone that would not work in the new year. I ordered a phone by calling into Verizon once I got it came into the store as I don't know how to do any of it. Jon was very helpful moved all my stuff from old phone to new phone. Was able to get my number transfered to the new phone he was very friendly and very helpful highly advise going there for all your needs

We had an incredible experience at this store! We were immediately greeted by the Manager Chris who was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. We were converting my mom to a smart phone and he was so patient and helpful in this process. During our visit, another employee, Nick Wallace came over and gave my mom further tips on how to navigate her new phone. Awesome! The entire staff was amazing and we are so appreciative for all the help they gave us. Thank you!

Suzanne at the store was delightful to work with. Extremely knowledgeable, didn't try to sell me bells and whistles I don't need. Went and got several phone models to show and demo to help me make the right decision.

I was on a time constraint, and needed to get my # back up and running ASAP. I walked in, gave the rep my max dollar amount, what was important for me in a phone. He had me out of there in just under an hour and $200 under budget including a case and screen protector (both installed)!

A truly amazing place ,customer service goes far beyond the store. Ryan and Jon have both saved me countless memories from being lost when switching to a new phone. Store is super clean and organized , there was zero hassle getting in or out when I chose to switch from another carrier.
