Great service! The folks here are always upfront and honest about whether or not they are the best place for particular services issues, but we've not found many they can't handle. Always very quick to get us scheduled in and just an overall great experience each time so far. Great job 👍

I had an issue with my driver side door I could not open it from the outside so I went to Monroe I talked with the manager Bob Bice he had his technician take apart my door panel and found that the mechanism was broken Bob then told me what part I had to order and showed it to me on his phone so I ordered the part when it came in I took it over and Bob made an appointment to get it put back into my car his technician put it back in and it worked fine but after a little while it started sticking so I went out the next day and talked to Bob again he made me an appointment for the next day to have it adjusted he said that should be all it would take Bob has been good to me I have taken my car there many times before and will continue to do so in the future

I love Monroe. I’ve never had a bad experience here, ever. All the employees are super nice & very thorough when discussing the vehicle involved. Love them..!

I'm very satisfied. Bob listened to my concerns & they immediately took my car for a test drive. Quickly found out my car needed a left front wheel bearing. They had me back on the road in less than 2 hours. And what I was charged was very reasonable!

Bob at the front desk was courteous, helpful and efficient. I had a slow leak (turned out to be a nail in my tire). They squeezed me in so I wasn’t making my 57-mile commute on an unsafe tire. They made my drive safer in 35 minutes and for under $20. I’m very grateful for the prompt and quality fix.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and polite. They got me checked in quickly. I only needed an oil change but they worked fast and had me out of the shop within 45 minutes. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had getting my vehicle serviced. I would 10/10 go back again!

I drove 8 hours from MD last night and got a screw in my tire in Watertown. I put in a fix a flat kit and was able to finish the trip. I brought my car to Monroe on a recommendation from my brother this afternoon . They were super friendly and got my car in immediately to pull the nail and plug the tire. The price was very reasonable and the service was great. I highly recommend them!

Went for oil changes and to have snow tires taken off 2 cars. Cars were done quickly and the gentleman at the counter let us know the front brakes needed replacing on one of them. Made an appointment for a couple days later and again had prompt and friendly service.

A1 shop definitely recommend them guys at Ogdensburg Monroe.

Really do like this place. Donnie always take care of you. They fit you in when you are in a bind and don't take advantage of you.
