Sandra, I believe Assistant Manager is a fine example of EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I called Bagel Boss of East Northport after Bagel Biz of Melville assured me they would have 30 green bagels for my son's 4th grade class. I went in to pay day before pick-up, they said they do not have green bagels. When were they going to call me to tell me???!!!! I called Bagel Boss, Sandra answered and was amazing! She took my order, assured me that all would be take care of and ready for 7am pick-up next day. And Sandra delivered 100%! Sandra, thank you for delivering! I will ALWAYS refer Bagel Boss of East Northport and will NEVER go back to Bagel Biz!

Well lit, spacious, clean and organized, clear menu with a lot of options, really well priced items, friendly staff that seems to really be on top of everything, outdoor seating for when the weather permits, and two large bathrooms as well. Safe to say this is one of the better spots in the area to go for bagels, treats, and coffee.

They have great bagels here and if you want the real bagels of NY come here. This place also is a deli and they got way more then the best bagels. '^' ( this is a smiley anime emoticon I made up).

Update 2021: still the best.
2019: Absolutely awesome cornbread muffins. Toasted with butter and you are living in a breakfast dream. Luckily there was no line when I went in at 1000 on a Saturday, which alone makes this place like gold.
Update: I tried a muffin from 1st class and it wasn't as good. Plus one star for bagel boss!

Today I went into Bagel Boss of East Northport to pick up my order. Chris was so very nice and helpful. James came over to help show me how to my cell phone to say that it was picked up. Both of them were very patient with me. This was at the end of their long day when most people are in a rush to go home, but they were not. I'd like everyone to know that this is why I have been going to there for so many years.
When I go in the mornings, I see Sandra. Over the years, she has always displayed grace and patience with customers, even when they don't deserve either one based on the way that they speak to her.
People's kindness go a long way with me and this store goes above and beyond to show it to me, again and again.

It is very warm and inviting,a clean set up,and wide variety of food, tenderly prepared, so home cooked freshly desirable.Baked goods tasty not heavy. I found my favorite pure lipton Regular Tea 🍵, carrying out cups 🥤tray offered based all not bulky recycled items. Gentleman cashier kind, even customers helpful and polite. I shall return

If you want to start your morning with a smile, stop in. The woman that takes your order is ALWAYS so sweet and friendly. I have my favorite breakfast sandwich. Find out what's going to be yours.

Bagels and breakfast sandwiches are excellent. Haven't tried the salads but they look very fresh and likely taste good. Boars head meat and cheeses. Place is very clean, service is good. Quality matters and is important to me. Too bad I can't find a place this good by me near Allentown PA.

Jeff runs a good ship, employees all friendly and his store is excellent. During the recent winter storm I called and they were closing early. Jeff took care of our lunch order, it’s those little things that put his bagel shop over the competition.

Great bagels and food. Service was excellent especially Sandra who is always very friendly and helpful. So glad they now carry Boar’s Head products. Raspberry Rugelach is out of this world delicious. Best bagel place around.

The best of the bagel boss chain, kosher, and free of angry bagel guys! Sandy and company have the best, thoroughly covered everything bagels, a great kids selection (rainbows and minis), and are an affordable way to cater events! Delicious bagels with a top rating from someone who’s been to at least 100 bagel joints on Long Island! Bravo

The crumb cake coffee is absolutely fabulous. Gets many of my days started on the right foot.

My favorite bagels in NY. They have great baked goods too like rainbow cookies. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices. Also, exceptional coffee. WAY better than Starbucks!

Best bagels and value in east northport. not sure what people are saying... These bagels are better than Bagel Chalet, and Chalet has great food so that is saying a lot. The staff and manager were patient and cordial, and their selection is huge. BB is our new shop of choice.
