Ordering a hat online is challenging. David Morgan made the experience a pleasure. My original order came quickly and was a beautiful hat. Unfortunately the size I chose was too large. I called the store and an associate spent almost a half hour discussing sizing, and the return process with me. I shipped the hat back and the day David Morgan received my return they had its (smaller) replacement back inroute to me. Fantastic customer service -- And an amazing product. Bravo!

I love this store. Me and my wife have ordered many times and the selection and quality is perfect. They always ship our orders super fast. I highly recommend them for any handmade items you might need.

Highly recommend, not only is the inventory great but the customer service is extremely good as well, they definitely go out of there way. There is no better place then this for getting cowboy style hats . Will be coming back more often.

Decades old business still shines. I go for the hats but they stock all sorts of very well made clothes and jewelry and oddments. Unbelievable service. Everything on line but well worth a drop in.

I recently learned about this location and went there yesterday. It is a local store in my neighborhood, so I lucked out.

I really liked the store and the lady who helped me size and purchase two hats. It was a nice showroom and provides an overview of their entire catalog.

I encourage anyone to go there.

I highly suspect that I will be buying hats there for years to come. It is located in a very safe area in sharp contrast to the hat stores in downtown Seattle.

I called in my order over the phone. It went really smoothly and the last that I talked to was very helpful. I haven't gotten my hat yet but I'm sure there will be no issues. I picked our the Akubra Cattleman for my first legit hat. I work in the sun everyday so I decided it was time for a serious work hat. I've wanted this hat for years and it's finally happening. I'm so excited.

Didn't end up buying a hat because they didn't have the style I was looking for, but the gentleman who helped me was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I ended up finding a hat elsewhere but will be back to see what's in stock at some other point.

Ordered the double round hat band last week and it came a day earlier than expected, it looks great and the leather work is beautiful. It looks great on my outback hat. I've been looking for a good hat band for quite a while, and I'm glad I found you all!

This business has a great hat selection, mostly Australian, or at least Australian inspired. I think; but, I'm not sure, that they serve as Akubra's American representative. They provide excellent customer service. I recently purchased a hat there (an Akubra Cattleman) they took the time to adjust the sizing, and the blocking to ensure an excellent fit. They also took the time to help me install a chin strap to keep the hat from blowing off.
You can also shop and purchase on line; but, if you're in the area it's worth stopping in, for the customer service, and because a hat is a piece of clothing that needs to be tried on before you buy it. It's also fun to browse.

Pretty much straight forward, you call and get customer service in Ballard, WA (not India,Mexico, or the Phillipines). They offer Akubra hats, which is a real value in the felt hat world at prices that are tough to beat. You place your order and they ship it no later than the next day and your hat is moving and delivered in short order.
Pretty simple and done, providing a real value beginning to end.

I buy my Acubra hats online from David Morgan. They always get every order right and deliver the hats on time. A very professional company that knows how to keep a customer coming back time and again.
