Found Bryan through my health insurance for my wife’s breast pump. They had a great selection to choose from and the prices for the upgraded pumps were clear and also the cheapest amongst other DME providers. Once submitted, our order was processed the next day and shipped to us within 3 days. Super fast service!

The process was pretty easy to get my breast pump. After adding in all the required information, I received the pump within 2-3 days. I was surprised because I figured they would need additional information or my insurance would be annoying about it. My doctor faxed the order over the same day I placed the order for the pump and the rest was seamless.

Setting up my new account went smoothly. The online application was straightforward. The subsequent Byram representative I talked to on the phone was most friendly, professional, and helpful. My first order arrived quickly. I am VERY pleased.

I was worried about ordering through Byram bc I had seen bad reviews, but I had a great experience! Wonderful service, super fast delivery and everything was correct. They were the only place that accepted my insurance and covered the specific supplies that I needed.

I've been using Byram Healthcare exclusively for my diabetes supplies for many years. I was disappointed to see so many negative reviews on Google because I have had only positive experiences with this company. Anything involving health insurance can be complicated and I wonder how many of the negative reviews actually resulted from issues with the insurance companies. I've received only great customer service. When I had to switch insulin pumps two years ago, the customer service person I spoke to helped me identify all the right supplies to go with my new pump and was patient with me despite my not knowing all the correct names for each product. In the many years I have used Byram, my order has always been correct and shipped quickly. I love that I can easily order online and I love that they are a local company.
