Jacksons Food Stores

This connivence store has a great selection of food and drinks and clean rest rooms. It’s conveniently located right off 405 so it’s an easy quick stop for me. The staff is super friendly and helpful and they always make sure to tell me about the deals such as bogo drinks so I can get the most bang for my buck. I don’t write reviews very often but just wanted to give a shout out to Adreanna who helped me today. She was on top of everything, knowledgeable, and very personable and friendly with not only me but with each person I saw her interact with. Stop into Jackson’s in canyon park the next time you need a little snack or energy drink to make the rest of your trip!

I first started seeing the Jacksons quick marts in Boise. I’ve started seeing them in California, Oregon, and Seattle. They are always clean. And, everybody is always courteous and friendly. I stopped into this Jackson’s location this morning and it was no different. It’s a great addition to the neighborhood.

I came here tonight around 2am(ish) and I just want to say the young lady with brown hair in a ponytailthat helped me was AMAZING. She helped me with a somewhat confusing coupon for American spirits. I appreciate her taking the time to figure it out with me. I live in the kenmore area but I will make sure to drive the little extra way to come to this Jackson’s from now on! It’s hard to find a convenient store/gas station that has workers that actually take the time out of their day to put in that extra bit of effort. Thank you so much. 🙏🏼✌🏼🤗 happy holidays!

The guy that works there each time I've gone is a pretty cool dude! Fun to talk to and friendly. The opposite of how most gas stations are. Thanks for making this gas station experience a good one Cool Dude!

Always have what I need. Quick in and out

Great coffee from a machine that grinds beans for each cup. Lots of food options in a brightly-lit store. Large parking lot is great for boat and camper trailers. Only real downside is the annoying employee working weekday overnights. He usually makes weird remarks to me, and sometimes gets between me and my coffee when he's bored. He makes it difficult to be a customer.

Usually the workers at this Jacksons are amazing. I've only had good experiences with them. However, today, the middle aged lady with glasses was extremely rude right out of the gate for no reason. She messed up the transaction, so she had to scan everything again. The price increased by 10$ in the second transaction. I don't appreciate her attitude or her wasting my money.

6/15/2023 6:05am just want to start by saying I visit this store every morning on my way to work for my energy drinks gas and smokes I've never had a problem and have always liked this location because of its cleanliness and friendly staff.This morning I stopped in to get my usual and Colin was working I believe he's fairly new and was told today he's a floater he has helped me roughly 10 times in the past few months. Everytime he seems to have a different issue or a passive aggressive attitude. This morning he had an attitude asking me for my ID I gave him my ID and asked how come he's the only one to ever card me and asked why he was being rude to which he replied its the law very rudly while I know it's the law I certainly do not look under 21 and like I stated before I come in this store every morning and sometimes in the evenings on my way home I have been carded a few times when it's a new person that maybe hasn't met me or helped me but the morning crew including Colin has helped me numerous times and know me. And I have no problem showing my ID it was how he asked and his attitude throughout my transaction the manager was there and didint seem to care that he was being rude i tried explaining myself to her and was told I could kindly finish my transaction. I really like this place and it's convenient for my work routine but I will travel out of my way from now on and take my business somewhere else.

Went in around 10:30 this morning and an employee was holding wrapped food up to his unmasked face and sniffing it, then put each item back and moved to the next. Even in non-pandemic times, there’s more sanitary ways to see if your food’s gone bad.

Rude clerk and also stared at my through the window when I left the store. 4:58pm march 27th. Would like the company to know that whom ever was working at this time should not be working in public service. Very uncomfortable

Called to see if they issue money orders, rude woman stopped responding and I could hear a transaction in the background. Waited for 5 minutes before she came back. They don't issue money orders. Overall useless.
