Great local gym by IFBB Pro Steve Spaulding.
Definitely a place to reach out if you're visiting and want something off the beaten path!

Such a wonderful old school gym for Steve's clients! Well maintained and good equipment for anything you need for a great workout. Definitely a great atmosphere and a great owner!

Great atmosphere and well maintained, clean facility. Owned by Steve Spaulding who is an IFBB pro men's open bodybuilder and is still actively competing, so a wealth of knowledge whether it's for general fitness or serious competition.

Flex Barbell is the closest you'll get to the "old school" gym atmosphere in the Columbus area! No fluff, no one trying to upsell you, no drama... JUST LIFTING! Steve Spaulding, the owner, takes pride in making sure his members have the best equipment- he's always upgrading and finding something new. Most of all, Steve's expertise and love of personal training exceeds everyone else in the area. He is truly an amazing coach and mentor, and cares about Flex members and clients!
