Stopped in at Auburn Way Self Storage when it was time to move. Staff there is very helpful and caring. I was able to keep my move organized and rent a truck just the right size. Navia knew best how to help with my storage needs. Thank you!

My experience has been amazing. From the start I've felt comfortable, content, and at ease. Navia made sure to make me feel like my belongings would be very much protected and safe. I even recommended this location and my cousin got his storage here as well.

I have been renting at this location for quite some time and in the past has been rodent issues this manager Navia is truly amazing she is hard working and makes storing easy. The place is always clean you can
hardly go to a public bathroom and it's clean not here it is always clean. Navia thank you for being professional and and caring it makes it a great place to store

Ive had a great experience with the manager naviah she's very professional and informative she does a great job keeping the property looking nice clean and she's done a outstanding job with getting rid of all the riff Raff hanging around and I feel much safer on the property at night . If residents would read there lease they would no that there not allowed to store food and the reason there's rats is because people aren't following the rules and it's not managements fault because I always see naviah outside walking the grounds cleaning up after residents who leave trash and debris and she's done a great job the property is much better since shes taken over and much safer so if u want the pest problem to disappear then take responsibility and get rid of all the food and junk ur storing that attracts rodents ...it's just that simple

I've been extremely happy with the way navia has cleaned up the property and has gotten rid of a lot of the riff Raff people hanging around.I like the fact that she's actually walking the property and doing her job and shes very professional and friendly inside the office as well .anytime I had a concern or problem she handled it immediately .

I recently rented two units from Kristy Rankin, the manager at Auburn Way Storage. She was such a BIG HELP TO ME!! She listened to what I needed, and gave me all the Specials and discount information that would be available to me, depending on what units I chose. She was so sweet and patient with me as I went back and forth trying to decide on what sizes to get! When I finally did decide, knowing that money was a big issue for me, she gave me a great deal that I could afford. I even got the locks for free!! She also worked it out so that both my units were close together. A week or so after renting my units, Kristy sent me an e-mail, just wanting to check in with me and make sure everything was working out and to see if I needed anything! Boy, was that ever A FIRST!! I'm a firm believer that if someone I do business with, goes out of their way to make sure I'm happy with the service I've received, and treats me with such care and respect, that their efforts should be rewarded and their bosses should be made aware!! After all, these days it's getting harder and harder to find people like Kristy, who obviously like people and love their jobs! God Bless you Kristy, and thanks again !

What can I say. It's a storage facility. Very clean. Staff is always out and cleaning the area sweeping etc. Has gate. Inside and outside storage. Some supplies for packing etc inside office. Must have renters insurance if not they will sell you renters insurance. They have discounts for the first month or two but always ask them. I feel secure storing my goods here. Access hours are approximately 5:30 or 6:00 in the morning to 10:45 p.m. check with office to make sure and confirm. I rent from them pretty regularly when I have projects and have never had a problem there. Have a great day. Be safe.

I called this storage location because I needed a unit that could fit my 3 bed home for a few weeks! The manager there was so helpful and patient with me. She ensured me that my belongings were in good care, provided me a lock since I did not have one ( first time renter lo) and when I had questions she was there. I recommend them to anyone looking for storage AND great customer service.

My experience at Auburn way self storage, has been more then 5stars. Robin, makes herself available to assist and find a solution to any hassle or struggles your having getting settled. Robin, keeps the property absolutely the cleanest place Auburn has. It's a breath of fresh air. Usually, one dreads going to their storage, but I look forward to going to my storage. It's a very happy friendly and helpful experience. I hope Robin receives what she is worth as a employee. I recommend this to everyone. I’ve been dealing with AWSS off and on since 2004. I’ve seen a few property managers in that time. Though the faces have changed the property has remained top tier. Robin, the current manager, has a great sense for treating customers with kindness and respect. She is always aware of my situation and ready to adjust to my needs. If necessary, she or her assistant make repeated calls to make sure I don’t incur any late fee. This kind of service and competitive pricing insures I’ll remain an Auburn Way Self Storage customer.

I rented a 10 x10 unit for 4 years. When I moved my stuff out, everything was in the same condition as when it went in. It’s a very safe place. They have security cameras everywhere. Robin and Holly Ann did an outstanding job assisting me with moving pod delivery and the van rental. I highly recommend this facility.

I myself am a customer service Guru. I believe in treating others the way I want to be treated. I must say unfortunately these days many are just into doing a job but not providing True Customer Service. Robin I must say shares my way of thinking and I really appreciate her service to me yesterday. Thank you Robin, you’re awesome.
