Store was tidy and clean and the cashier was quite helpful. They had the parts I needed and it didn't take very long to get it. I've had to wait for very long periods of time at other locations so the speedy service was a big A+++

This place was way helpful. The girl who is the manager is awesome and so is her friend that was working there with her. We thot we had the wrong radiator but she taught us right and made the install painless. It'll pay to have them girls in that store for sure. Hooked us up on some small bits and were in our way. Came back and let us wash up in the restroom. Thanks for all you helped with, it was everything and more.

I bought a new car battery and I’ve never installed one before. Justin was willing to help, but the computer system instructed it was a hard install and required professionals.

Justin informed me due to company policy, he couldn’t install it. Totally fine though, I was determined to install the battery myself.

Justin went above and beyond. He was willing to see the battery placement and encouraged me it was an easy install. Although he couldn’t touch it due to company liability, he provided me with all the right tools and provided clear instructions on how to change it.

It was a very easy install, but I owe all the credits to Justin. He was definitely friendly and very knowledgeable! Learned something new and definitely giving my loyalty to O’Reilly!

I was having trouble starting my car while visiting my son in Washington State, having driven my car from CA. Not sure if it was a problem with the battery or starter. After getting it started, we took it to O'REILLY'S. The customer service representative checked both out for me and it ended up being the battery in the remote. The young lady helping me with friendly and knowledgeable.

This is the best O'Reilly store I have ever been to. They will go out of their length to help you and the management will always do their best to make things right. A very organized store that actually cares about their clients.

Cassie is legit the best! Last night almost closing time and she was more than willing to help my friend change her headlight. Cassie thank you!!

We headed out to run a couple of errands. Soon after leaving the battery light started coming on and going off. The meter showed about 12V. As we went along I watched the meter. Voltage barely dropped. Later heading home in the dark the voltage started dropping quickly. The engine started acting odd. Within a few miles I watched the meter go from 11V to well below 9V. We pulled off the main road looking for a good place to stop. We saw O'REILLYS. Our truck died just as we pulled in to the parking lot. The sales person, Jason I believe, ran diagnostics and confirmed the alternator was bad. About that time a long time customer pulled in with his tow truck. Jason talked to the Customer whose name I didn't get. The customer then charged my alternator there in the lot using tools O'REILLYS had.

Very helpful when I needed help figuring out a bulb. Didn’t make me feel dumb.
