Dr. Rao has been an incredible retina specialist. I went in to see him at the beginning of August with an emergency, and he found other issues and treated all of my retina issues over this past year. He is very thorough and kind. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Rao is thorough, patient and communicates well about expectations. Not only impressed with his service but my overall experience with Retina Associates. I called into the on-call service and was greeted with warm and friendly service provider. Then I got timely response from a doctor who put me at ease about my concern.

They advise me on every step of my procedure and all my questions are answered to my sat isfaction. I feel comfortable with all the staff that has helped care for me during my visits. Not a long wait time. Staff was quick, pleasant and efficient. As was Dr. Roa. He was able to compare any differences in my vision immediately. Fortunately, I had no bleeders. His entire office and exam rooms were extremely. The receptionist checked me in and out quickly. Dr Roa, Staff and office has to be one of the best I've ever been examined at. It was a pleasure.

Dr Rau is extremely professional and explains everything that he Is doing. We could not go forward with his recommended procedure because of my insurance rules I would have liked to come back in two weeks to go ahead with the procedure as long as my insurance approved it
