Jack's Deli and Restaurant

We have been going to Jack's Deli for over 20 years. It remains one of my wife's and my favorite local eateries.
I confess that we have become stuck in a rut, but the food is so delicious that neither of us wants to change. My preference is the classic Corned Beef on Rye and hers is the Rare Roast Beef on Pumpernickel. It's a classic Jewish Deli and it never disappoints.
Service is prompt and attentive without being intrusive.

So so good!!! We went for lunch the other day and everything was fantastic! I highly recommend the Challah French Toast! I love that their focus here seems to be on making good food. They don’t add a bunch of unnecessary items in their recipes. Just simple, delicious food. I can’t wait to return and try more menu items! I also am excited to come get meat from the deli soon so we can make sandwiches at home.

Basically, when we want some good deli food, we go to Jack's. The kids love the chicken noodle soup. I'm a fan of the sandwiches. Carry out is easy. I especially recommend using them for parties. The trays are amazing and the folks are so helpful, we won't go anywhere else when we need a good sandwich tray or soups.

Fantastic food.
High quality meats and fish here. Many options of herring to choose from. The lox are fantastic.

The corned beef is top notch. Fresh homemade bagels and a nice selection of homemade bread. Tasty pickles.

The matzo balls are very large and tasty.

Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food you are receiving. Try the brisket sandwich.

There is plenty of parking. They will be busy during the lunch and dinner hours.

Took my Mom out to lunch at Jack’s for her first time and we were both blown away. Courtney, our server, was pleasant, attentive, and offered menu suggestions. She even brought my Mom a sample of her favorite soup to try because my Mom couldn’t make up her mind! I had the cabbage borscht and it was absolutely delicious - just the way my late Babcia made it. The New Yorker sandwich was stock piled high and the potato salad was creamy and flavorful. I hadn’t eaten at Jack’s in years because I moved out of the area however I am reminded that I need to make the trip and have a meal here once in a while. Delicious!

Join a group of people for breakfast. The food was good, The staff was wonderful. Also had a nice deli.

Great local deli and restaurant. Always visit whenever I am in town. Busy, but worth the wait. The real hot corned beef and pastrami. Accept no substitutes. Photo is takeout with Jack's rye bread.

Fantastic! I was honestly a little put off by the prices initially, until our food arrived, and I saw that the quality is impeccable and the portions are gigantic. I would actually recommend splitting an entrée unless you’re a very big eater.

The server named Hollywood was great, he should do stand up comedy. Food good, I had soup with matzo ball also whitefish sandwich. Excellent!

Food was amazing. I was hungry and got a burger and a salad and soup. The soup was cabbage borscht and the burger had swiss cheese and all the toppings. Tomatoes lettuce, ketchup. This is the second time being there and it was better then the first. Me and my uncle went and it was around 12 when we got there. They where pretty busy. The food came really fast though and was great.

My first time dining on inside. Pleasant place to sit and eat. Food was plentiful and priced very well!

Ordered the meat deli tray with potato salad. Meats high quality, rye bread very fresh, and the green tomatoes delish. Gary was very nice and even carried the tray out to my car. We'll be back!

We absolutely loved it. There was a line out the door when we arrived. It took about 15-20 minutes to get a table. While we waited, we sampled from food from the deli and reviewed the menu options. The servers took great care of us and were on top of everything. They had no issue with us changing menu items per our liking. Everything we saw coming out the kitchen looked fantastic. The challah French toast was a favorite. The local bagels were also a definite plus.

Top notch deli. Fresh meats and fish. Superb matzo ball, noodle, etc soups. Fast and competent deli personnel, two cashiers, multiple waitresses. Always a wait for tables.

Love Carmen and Hollywood, they are the best two staff members ever. They make my visit which is generally every Wednesday enjoyable! Thanks for having such wonderful employees. Oh yes, the food is tremendous!

Solid Jewish deli with amazing food. The smoked salmon and cream cheese was simply amazing. My son loved his Reuben.

I've been going to Jack's since I moved to Cleveland in the late 1980s. Great place for traditional deli food They never disappoint. The LEO (lox-eggs-onion) omelet for breakfast is a favorite.

We moved away 15 years ago and don't stop by as often. After all that time the owners still remember and ask about my Dad.
