This CVS location has great staff who are always friendly and willing to help. I have been going here for years and the current pharmacists are great. Also, Charne in the pharmacy is fabulous.. I was having a lot of trouble picking up my prescription and she immediately got in contact with my insurance company, solved the problem and called me to come pick up my script.Overall, have had a great experience here so far!

My wife and I are Canadians who required a rapid antigen test in order to return home from a Florida vacation.
We booked a time on line and had the test completed quickly by a very polite, friendly young man named John at Cedar Rd. CVS.
Unfortunately, we had difficulty receiving the text message indicating that we were both negative. Since we required proof of our negative tests in order to cross the border, this was very stressful.
We contacted John the next day and he was extremely helpful in arranging a re-test and issuing a hard copy of our results.
We can't thank him enough for his assistance in enabling us to finish our vacation on a positive note.

I’ve been using this pharmacy regularly now for at least 6 years for most of my drugstore needs and all of my family’s prescription needs. Staff has been good to very good, convenient drive-through & great store & pharmacy hours. It’s a busy store & a busy pharmacy, but I rarely have to wait long to be checked out. The minute clinic is a valuable time saver for vaccines & flu shots. And I love that CVS does not sell cigarettes Yay!

I went to the Minute Clinic and Nurse Nora was phenomenal. She recognized my sickness and treated me and I felt better almost immediately. Then I only had to wait a few minutes to get the prescription and the staff was very friendly despite some other grumpy customers.

Felix in the pharmacy was incredibly helpful when dealing with an insurance authorization problem. He did research, compared options, and found the best deal possible for private pay. All the while being pleasant. I know how busy the pharmacy always is and Felix focused on helping me and solving the problem Thank you.

The pharmacist is always kind and informative. I can always find what I need, the store is clean and well organized.

Can be somewhat hit or miss with the general staff, but the pharmacy and pharmacists have always been extremely helpful and friendly!

I know how people feel about the place and yes it’s a busy place but the staff and I always work out whatever’s going on with my prescriptions. They make calls to my drs and/or insurance and help me get what I need. CVS as a store doesn’t give them enough staff perhaps, so it adds to the stress of the workers and influences the poor ratings here. But they do have some great staff here and I appreciate them
