Penn Station East Coast Subs

Never been here. Immediately greeted by friendly staff. Took my order patiently. Ordering was easy. Check out was easy.
Dined in. A little dark but clean. Outdoor dining would be nice option.
Club was awesome. Bathroom was clean.
Will be back.

It was very busy today, but all the workers did an amazing job. I do have one problem though as I waited for my food one of the young male employee went in the bathroom and few minutes later came out but I looked down at his hands and I'm sure he didn't washed his hand plus he had his phone in his hands walking out the bathroom, that's cross contamination knowing you have to go back to your station. Just make sure yall using gloves also. Besides that the food was amazing

I had such a nice lunch here today. It was about noon on Saturday and the manager and the cook were both so nice and thoughtful. We got the cheesesteaks with mayo and mustard and some fries. It came out quick and it was a fresh and delicious. The store was clean and comfortable. Oh and don’t forget the chocolate chuck cookies. They are amazing!

Best Italian sub ever!. Crunchy outside, soft inside whole grain bread, fresh ingredients and lots of them. Fast and friendly service. Definitely a go-again place

It something about that garlicky bread that they use on that Philly cheesesteak that makes me love their sandwiches. Full of flavor.

They make a really great Sub at Penn Station. Very efficient service from order to pickup.

They are the best from the quality of service to the freshness of the food.

Stopped to pick up dinner for after trick or treating. Food was delicious, but the service was so good! There were two ladies working and they were so nice, friendly and had me laughing. I will definitely go back!!

Penn Station is one of my absolute favorite places to eat. The employees are fast, friendly, efficient, and best of all, my order is always correct!

My sub of choice is the artichoke without the mushrooms. I can't figure out what the seasonings are but they are scrumptious.

My companions get various subs and always rave about their food. I love to introduce people to Penn Station.

Tables are cleaned quickly and I have never seen one messy from the previous diners!

I might add that I would rate and make the same comments about any of the locations I have visited. The whole chain has great standards.

Every time I go, the staff is very friendly and know how to make a delicious Italian sandwich.

Quick and amazing customer service. Some of the best subs in the area and the fries are pretty good too. I always hear people complain about them not wearing gloves but don't listen to them. The food goes straight on the grill and all the bacteria is gone by the time the food is cooked and as soon as the food is out of the oven they don't touch it at all

The gentlemen working here was fast and so kind. Although they had a large amount of web orders come in they kept us updated in the store and got us done as quickly as possible.. My Reuben was delicious!

Had a wonderful experience lady Saturday. I ordered my favorite, which is the Philly cheese steak with pizza sauce . Omg !!!! It was so good, and I pigged out on a large fry. Hands down everyone knows they have the best fries. They were very busy, which is why I recommend calling it in. All the co workers greeted me , when I entered and exited. I will be back soon!!!!!!

My experience at this establishment was the best, my food was the best ever. I never had an steak sandwich so big and delicious. Hands down the best in my lifetime.

I work nearby and eat here often enough that almost all of the staff know me by name. It is always a pleasure to walk in and get greeted by everyone there. I have few options for food near here, I'm extremely happy that this Penn Station is within walking distance and I can quickly grab my food and get back to my store and not have to worry about anything being incorrect. The food is always great and the people are friendly and want to do their job. They serve Pepsi products too and that is a big deal to me. Everything is good but the fresh fries they serve is what makes them better than other sub shops. The cookies are really good too but I don't like lemonade so you'll have to judge that on your own. You guys rock, keep up the great work!

The Chef name Ray and whomever may have helped did an excellent job 👏 the best subs in Cleveland & Columbus, I never had a grilledveggie sub that literally taste like grill season meat. My guys loved the BLT and the Rueben subs.

The employees are great but the night manager that was on duty on 5-23-2018 was scalding her employees while there were about 10 customers in the restaurant. That is something you should not do with alot of customers in your store. Than to talk bad about your employees to your customers is a BIG NO NO. This will make me not want to come in here if she is working. It was not the employees fault that the customer can not read the board about the sauce and things that come on the sandwiches.

Great staff, selection and quality. We really enjoyed our sandwiches and the fries are awesome. We like them crispy and they did them crispy for us.
