I rented from Bryan for six years, he was by far the best landlord I've ever had! If you had a maintenance issue it was addressed asap. The property was always kept up. Very easy going person. He always asked if there was anything he could help with if you needed it. I highly suggest looking into the company if you are considering renting or plan on moving.

Rented for 3 years and had an amazing experience. Julie has been extremely helpful whenever needed and never had to wait on maintenance if that was needed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment!

Great landlords, great company from start to finish. The person who initially showed me around didn't pressure me to get a house that wasn't quite right. Instead, they worked with us to find the right house.

The exchange of keys was simple and moving in and out was easy. When we lived there, maintenance was great. They helped quickly to fix any issues and didn't drag anything out. They hire good people to do their work. With communication, Bryan is very responsive, prompt, and kind.

I've had bad experience with bad landlords in the Old North area, so this was a refreshing experience. The only reason I didn't rent again from them is because we moved to Merion Village. Thank you for a great year!

They are very reasonable and intelligent and transparent in their asset portfolio authentically letting me know the very best deals they had, got me into my ideal home, were on point with maintenance and very accessible and enjoyable.

This year instead of looking for the best house, I started by looking for the best company to work with and picking out their best house.

I just re-rented for my second year and the only thing I'm sorry about is that I didn't find them 5 years ago.

1st Place Realty has been great to work with over the years. If we ever had a maintenance request, fixers were dispatched that same day most of the time. Any questions or concerns were always addressed promptly and professionally. The yard always looked great and the neighbors were nice.

This was my first time ever renting an apartment and it was a great experience. I was worried after hearing bad things about all the different companies around campus but Bryan Dulle and 1st Place exceeded my expectations. Whenever there was an issue with anything in the apartment we always had extremely fast responses and repairs.

Bryan cares about his property and was always very attentive to any maintenance requests, he's also very reasonable. I don't have one negative thing to say and I would definitely rent from him again!

Started renting with Bryan Dulle by taking over a sublease, and actually ended renting with him by getting someone else to take over the rest of our lease. Bryan was easy to deal with, willing to work with us to make our situation work, and very courteous in his dealings.

While renting from him, Byran was quick to have repairs fixed and maintained the property well. Online portal was monitored sufficiently, with minor repairs being serviced within a few days and emergency repairs fixed same day. Would rent from him again!

Listen ya’ll, it’s off campus housing. It’s not going to be a 5 star hotel property wise. That being said, I had a good time living on Bryan Dulle’s properties. I lived with 1st Place Realty for 2 years during undergrad. The houses weren’t perfect, but they were functional and any issues we had, Bryan was super responsive and had someone out to fix the issue as soon as possible. It was decently priced for how close the properties were to campus, especially compared to other realtors in the area. For off campus housing, this is a great affordable option that is super close to campus.

Just began renting from 1st Place. We agreed to pay slightly more than the current tenants who were moving out in exchange for new carpet, fresh paint, and a deep clean. On top of that, Bryan completely renovated the kitchen and bathroom, putting in two new sinks, new floors, a new fridge, stove, countertops, and cabinets. My wife and I are very pleased.

They have an online system for paying rent, security deposit, making appointments, filing complaints, requesting repairs, etc. I haven't used it much, but it seems convenient. They charge you a couple extra bucks for processing fees when you make a payment, but it's way better than mailing a check.

I've been working with Bryan Dulle. He seems competent and professional, yet flexible and easy going. Looking forward to renting here after a terrible previous experience renting from private owners! Keep up the good work.

Had Bryan as a land lord for the past 3 years, going on at least 4. Never had an issue with him, nice guy, gave my roommates a discount on the new place we're moving to. Bryan's maintenance team has always been quick responding to the few issues we've had.

Julie and Jeff are always fantastic to rent off of. The are extreemely responsive and accurate in their work. They are honest, caring and work very fast. This is my 4th year renting off of them and ill continue to rent off of them.

Rented a townhome on Medary this past year from Mr. Dulle and his services were great. Him and his maintenance team renovated the whole place before my roommates and I took over. They keep everything up to date and are very nice professional people. Would rent from them again.
