Just happened to be driving by and noticed the sign and couldn't understand the combo of a Pho and Bakery but I get it now.

We had the Crispy rolls, P1 and Coconut Curry noodles. Everything was served quick and super hot.

I'm a huge slushy fan and the Passion fruit alone would be worth me coming back. I can't say I've had a better slushy.

Nothing fancy at all about the place but the food is good and hearing the foreign language and me sweating from the spice while eating took me out of the cold Cleveland winter for a moment.

Nothing beats Pho on a cold day.

My family regularly frequents this gem of lake county- the pho broth is so authentic and made fresh, you can feel the immune boost upon simply inhaling the vapors. The macaroons, which they have a wide variety available always, are honestly the best I've ever eaten in my life. Highest recommendation to warm up your day with a visit to the Sugar Bowl

Even though the ordering process is plainly written out for customers, being it was my first time ordering Boba tea, I was still obviously confused. The woman behind the counter then explained what seemed so much simpler once she helped us out. I felt a little silly realizing she just spoke what I just read but she was very helpful and kind and didn’t mind the fact that we were clearly lost and had no clue what we were doing. ☺ BUT after all of that, I know now what I’m doing and can go in and order easily. Honestly, sometimes it’s just as confusing ordering Starbucks 🤪
I ended up ordering green tea with a 50% sweetness (you have the option of 0%-100%) with a homemade lavender syrup. I wasn’t expecting the lavender buds in the tea but I didn’t mind it all. I know some may mind so I wanted to included that in the review. I had the popping bubbles in my tea and it was AMAZING! Green tea. Lavender, 50% sweetness, popping bubbles: Perfection.
Some may like it a tad sweeter but as an avid unsweet tea drinker I thought it was perfect!
My girls had the black milk boba tea 50% sweetness, and the other one had a strawberry green tea with blueberry popping bubbles with 100% sweetness. Even though I did hear her say, “maybe the 100% sweetness was too much!” She downed half of her tea before we left the parking lot because she loved it!
In my opinion, it was a bit pricey for the three of us. (With the three teas, and a tip it was $20) So we probably won’t be ordering as often as I would love to to support this small businesses, we will return as soon as we can because overall, the service was great, and the boba tea also! I WOULD rather drop $20 here than at Starbucks. You actually do get more for the price too.
Also, it is to be noted that right now indoor seating is unavailable. Hopefully that will change soon, I’d love to dine in.

I tried the drunken noodles w/ tofu when I was in town. It's SO delicious! Their rice noodles are amazing. Tofu, so good. Glad I visited.

I found this place off of a "top ten boba shops" article I found online and it did not disappoint. I got my boyfriend and myself drinks and they taste awesome! Definitely will try the food out when I go back, but I'm happy I found a local boba shop close to me again!

First time here and I was looking for some kind of Ramen noodle soup that would’ve been homemade. I got the chicken pho with udon noodles and I got to say the broth is amazing. Noodles are amazing chicken has lots of flavor . Also, the crab Ragoon very good highly recommend. Also, the lady who took my order was a sweetheart specially, because I had no idea what I was doing.

When I tell you that this place has the absolute best Pho you will ever taste in the entire north east Ohio area! I am not in any way exaggerating! The soup has so much flavor that I will be doubling back today! Popping tea and pho 😍🔥

One of the cutest local shops with an amazing broth, attentive service, and ample options for drink combinations to try; my new favourite being green tea base 75% sweet with lavender 😋 Their unique macaroon selection is also reason enough to stop in!

Sugar Bowl served a generous, flavorful bowl of soup with freshly cut veggies. The chicken was delicious. It's my go to place for a quick hot bowl of pho. Yum.

Person working counter was friendly and fast! We had P2 (steak) and crab rangoons. We also had a Thai iced tea and a bubble tea. All delicious!!

Updating for 2023 - unfortunately it seems that the store needs some TLC, I think COVID had an impact. The tables haven't been put back, and the window dressings are a bit tattered; lots of fingerprints on glass surfaces and the dessert display case is pretty empty.

Wonderful friendly little noodle joint in a great location. Good to see some food diversity coming to the area. Id have a nice photo of the food but it was so good I ate it all.
If you have been wondering about what all the hubbub is about for pho noodles and bubble tea, do yourself a favor and come check this place out.

Great pho! This cute little spot is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. My only regret is I forgot to take a picture of my food before I devoured it.

I just left here, I read the reviews first because I'm a review reader. I used to live in pine ridge and have always wanted to try this place but just have never had the chance. We always get our "this kind of food" from down the way but my husband is sick and I needed to go somewhere close and get him some good hot soup and let me tell you this place did not disappoint. For me the reviews were very misleading and I'm so glad I didn't listen to them because I usually do. The decor is lack luster but who cares places like that has the best food. I was greeted when I came in which is Huge for me. The young lady at the front was very nice and accommodating and answered all my questions. And the service was fast. I ordered P4 which was the Chicken Pho with rice noodles and the broth was amazing just what my husband needed, we also got the crab Rangoons and the chicken wings. All were very very good. Only thing is that we like smaller wings and that's a personal preference. But we will definitely be back. Thank you Sugar Bowl and thank you for being open on a Sunday, and helping me help my husband back on the road to recovery ❤
