Heinen's Grocery Store

I love Heinen's. Their produce is super fresh there are plenty of organic options and they sell produce and other food regular grocers don't. They have extensive kosher food also.

Heinen's grocery store has consistently impressed me with its excellent selection of products and top-notch customer service. The wide variety of fresh produce, vegan, gluten free foods, and specialty items make it a go-to destination when venturing in Ohio. The staff's dedication to providing exceptional service is evident in every visit, making shopping a pleasant experience.

One particularly nostalgic memory I have of Heinen's is the red number hanging in the window of my mom's Mercedes as we pulled up to have our groceries loaded into the car. It's a small detail, but it reflects the store's commitment to high standards of service, making customers feel like they're part of a cherished tradition. This attention to detail and the overall shopping experience at Heinen's continue to remain a find experience.

The Winery Was Awesome, Kathy Was Also Very Helpful In Our Shopping Experience! Highly Recommended! Loved The Deli & Seafood As Well!

Stone Baked Vegetable Pizza. Also plenty of choices for Vegetarian, Vegan & Gluten free people. Nice, friendly staff.

I Love Heinen's always find what I am looking for, and now they allow you to take the carts outside, they still have people to put your groceries in your car. People are always friendly

I like going to this Heinen's instead of the one in Mentor where I live. It's less chaotic and the people who work there are so friendly. It seems less crowded as well, but I usually go on my lunch break. The produce section is amazing. And since giant eagle shut down their butcher department I have been getting meat here. Seafood from here is great as well. They have a great selection. It's certainly not cheap...I bought a bag of shrimp for 35 dollars....but it's delicious.

High quality grocery that's a perfect (smaller) size allowing you to shop quickly. Large selection of wines and beer with great butcher cases full of variety. Excellent prepared foods - whether buying dishes for dinner or bread or dessert. Clean with enough helpful associates in an easily recognized uniform.

I love this store, wonderul food choices, and layout. Delicious in house food preparation. Colorful produce section with a wide variety. My favorite place to go for fresh flowers with reasonable prices. Wine selections are wonderful

They are the best! It's old school shopping. Yes the prices are outrageous but I have no issue paying for a good product.

I hadn't been to Heinen's before although I live nearby...thought it would be super expensive. Pleasantly surprised. Great selection of products...some unique, exclusive items. Nice cuts and selection of meats. Will definitely recommend and return

The Pepper Pike Heinens has the best beer dept! Sam does a great job of bringing in a great selection of craft beer!

A grocery store that lets you shop independently, yet if you need something they're more than willing to assist.
From start to finish, it truly is a pleasant experience. Plus I love their food policies!! And it really is made daily, fresh. Worth the extra 50 cents compared to Giant Eagle.. or a basic grocery store. Definitely a few steps up from Aldi's! ;)

Always enjoy shopping here because it is a smaller store and is not too crowded. I love to cook and they almost always have all the ingredients for the recipe. (Except fines herbs, no one has that, had to grow my own.). The staff is always courteous and helpful. Prices have come down a bit lately. Some staples cost the same as they do at Marcs. Very nice store.

Love the people who work here in Willoughby Hills! They're helpful, friendly & the store is always well stocked & clean! I can easily find someone who's there to guide me to anything I need! My best buy is when I buy flowers for one of my clients... they have a GREAT deal AND I get to make people happy! TY

Heinen's is always a nice place to shop. It's always very clean and the atmosphere of the store is always welcoming. The staff are all pleasant and helpful. Yes they cost a little more that other stores but you won't always get the same service and quality elsewhere. Their meat selection is probably one of the best around.

For the most part the staff is kind and the selections are plentiful and always fresh. I love the fact that the vegetables and fruits are locally grown and the meat and seafood selections are sustainably sourced. I love having a grocery store that is conscious and the environment. My biggest issue is with one of the managers by the name of Laurie she felt that it was ok to shove a sign in my face and she is very condescending when she speaks to certain people.

Very good local grocery chain. The stores are mostly a little smaller than those of the big chains. They are very nicely kept and have wonderful selections in every department.
