As a full time caregiver to a loved one with dementia- having a perfect team to help elevate the hustle and bustle of a chaotic routine is paramount. Britney at CaliCare and their entire staff has made getting my loved one’s meds a breeze through home delivery. They’re the perfect teammates.

We are so grateful for CaliCare Pharmacy in Chino. My mom lives nearby. CaliCare is in network for her insurance and provides free delivery of her prescription medications. They worked with me to organize all her medications, and she can call them when she wants a refill so that she has control. CaliCare calls her doctors when necessary. The staff is very patient and explains the answers to whatever questions we have clearly to ensure we understand. In particular, I want to thank Diana and Pharmacist Viraj. They know us, and having such a connection means a lot. CaliCare Pharmacy is one of the best elements of my mom's care team.

Quick pharmacy

I went in to get a rapid Covid test done by a pharmacist name Viraj Patel. He was very rude to me, impatient, accusatory, unprofessional and threatening. To put it plain, a jerk. The ladies up front were very nice but he may be tired of his job which in part is to learn to be friendly to customers who need Covid tests done. With that said, I do not recommend this facility and I would never allow this guy to perform any tests on me again.

I'm not sure about the ethics of this company. They called my husband and asked if he needed diabetic supplies. He uses a specific brand, they did not ask what brand he uses. They sent another brand that they are promoting. I called and asked how they got our phone number and was told someone signed up online. This is not true. I asked them twice now to come and pickup the supplies, which we have not used. I'm calling my insurance company next, this seems shady.
