Prices are reasonable at this place. The staff is friendly and the vet very understanding and caring. Highly recommended to go here instead of the vet hospital on the 60 freeway exit Chino Ave...Chino Hills Animal & Pet Resort. That office is full of sales people trying to upsell unnecessary pet treatment.

Dr. Hill and his staff are truly exceptional! I've been entrusting the care of my beloved pets to him for countless years. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Doctor Hill and Staff are very helpful. Treatment options and outcomes are explained concerning your pet. Whenever i had to put a pet down i felt like everything possible had been done for them. Thank you for your services and dedication, Dr. Hill and Staff.

Dr Hill is very kind to our pets. My dog doesn't like anyone but he took the time to get her to come out of her shell before her exam. It's kind of difficult to get an appointment though because so many people bring their pets here, but if your pet doesn't have an urgent need to be seen, it's worth the wait. This vet also has very reasonable pricing, it's very clean and the front desk people are welcoming.

This veterinary hospital is incredible. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. You may need to wait, but the wait is worth it. There's a good reason this place is so popular. Dr. Hill is incredibly gentle and kind with the animals. He has a large breadth of knowledge and will answer any question you have. My dog is very scared of things, but did not feel scared while she was there. Wonderful experience, I will be going back.

Dr. Hill is amazing. They have some strict Covid rules right now (only your pet is allowed inside). Their new appointment system works great with minimal wait time. The only draw back is that you can't talk to Dr. Hill directly at this time. I wouldn't trust my pet with anyone else! Dr. Hill is our go-to vet and provides outstanding customer service and pet care.

Over the years, Dr. Hill has helped three of my beloved pets cross the rainbow bridge. They all had the best departure possible, given their circumstances. I will always miss my cats Leia and Lenny, and my buppy Levi, but I will always be comforted by the fact that they went peacefully and treated by a kind, respectful vet. I look forward to receiving Levi's paw print and ashes so he can once again sit with Leia and Lenny like the good old days in puppyhood.

My family has been going to see Dr. Hill for over at least 25 years, and he has always been amazing with our pets. He's compassionate, gentle, and always makes us and our animals feel comfortable. He has regularly gone out of his way to help us and we are forever grateful. Do not hesitate to come here. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Hill is absolutely the most amazing veterinarian ever! We've been coming to him for years, first with our cat, now our golden labrador. Both he and his staff provide personal 1-on-1 care and it's clear they genuinely love animals and are concerned for their well-being.

Busy veterinary center so sometimes it can be difficult to get an appointment for routine things but they’re great at triaging and getting you in earlier when medically necessary. Vet has a great bed side manner for pets and owners. He’s patient and willing to answer any and all questions. If you’re concerned about costs, such as buying meds, staff is very willing to help send prescriptions to places like Costco or Chewy.

Very competent staff. My dog had an ear infection, and the veterinarian diagnosed the problem quickly, provided an effective treatment. My dog enjoyed the staff who were all patient with his rambunctious ways.

Dr. Hill is truly a dog whisperer! We have rescue cats and dogs. Some have personality issues along with health issues. Dr. Hill is wonderful with all of them. Very calm and caring. They actually enjoy going to see him.

Recently one of our older cats that we had had since she was a kitten was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and then later, cancer. Dr. Hill gave us all of our options and spent much time discussing each, including finances, treatments, long/short term, and what our cat would be going through. He was very compassionate and not judgmental.

His rates are extremely reasonable. I'm wondering how he makes any money?! He is there for you and your pet needs. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Hill is the best. He has a pleasant personality and his prices are reasonable. His office staff is also great.

Dr Hill is the most compassionate vet I've ever met. He takes his time with your pet and explains things thoroughly. His staff is very efficient and are just as compassionate as Dr Hill. My Cocker Spaniel (Coco) never seems to be in distress when we take her there unlike other pet friendly places we've taken her.

First time ever visiting this Vet hospital. The staff was very nice, patient, friendly and they take the time to listen.

The first 3 times I went to this hospital Doctor just talk up to 20 minutes for my Akita and give all the advice he can without even charging me a dime for office visit. He really cares for my pet. My neighbor highly recommended me to see him long time ago and I wish I should listen to the advise lot earlier.

Have been taking our dog Kirby to Dr.Hill for 17years 8 months. He and his staff are the most compassionate people. Dr.Hill made Kirby so at ease when he went in for exams and Kirby responded by not being stressed he sensed Dr.Hills kindness and gentleness. The office staff and Dr.Hill were always there to squeeze Kirby in when we had a issue. Thank you so much for everything you did for us and Kirby. He had a long and wonderful loving life because of the care he got there. You are truly an amazing Doctor and staff.

Dr. Hill and his team are fantastic (I’ve only met Grace & Tina, but I’m sure there are more angels behind the scenes). They are compassionate and truly care for their patients. I know my little guy wouldn’t still be here if it was for the care he was given by Dr. Hill and his team!!!
