Received outstanding support from Kelly by phone. I needed to re-route a package from Newport to Westport MA and was unable to do so using the intercept service. Kelly promised she'd personally take care of it for me. I truly appreciate her service!

This is by far the best post office I have EVER been to! No wait times, the office is clean and in a gorgeous historical building, it's always stocked with shipping supplies (including pens), and the people who work there are so incredibly helpful.

Every time I am there I get great advice on efficient packaging methods, saving me time and money. Once I was even handed a special bubble envelope (not typically provided) from behind the counter by another employee because he had overheard my conversation and wanted to help. They offer the packing tape left from previous customers instead of making you buy a new roll for $5. This kind of service is rare for any business, let alone a government business!! It's truly a pleasure going to this post office.

I can NOT say enough good things about Tina at this post office. I take care of dealing with post offices all over the country for our eCommerce business and I would give NONE of them 5 stars (or any stars if that were possible) until today. Not only did they answer the phone (a rarity in the USPS world) BUT she was beyond helpful, extremely courteous and friendly. I hope her bosses see this...she deserves a special thanks from them...because she IS special. I hope they know what a gem they have in her. MANY THANKS Tina for a job very well done

I am new to this post office. It's a little troublesome to get inside, but I accept the challenge. There is a ramp only on one side and the doors are extremely heavy. Once inside I just wish they would divide the line to packages only and stamps and other. Some people have tons of packages 📦 and they take longer and need special care. After the stairs or ramp I find it difficult to stand in long lines.#js

The people who work at this post office are so friendly and helpful, especially the man with the moustache.

Fast, automated, with help of friendly teller. The space has a good feel.

I have been sending packages to my secretary for years with work papers that need to be processed, and the post office has always been the most economical way to go. Although I did get my package out, I’ve never been treated so poorly as a customer when I know how much my package costs and what it contains. Then fighting over what should be fair turns into an ordeal that I don’t want to experience ever again, so I will never ever come here again and deal with mr mustache. EVER

Purchased stamps at this Post Office on 9/28 for 5 postcards going to international destinations, and mostly the UK, which I posted close by. Not one arrived at its destination. I was more successful sending cards from India a few months ago.

Here I am, in my house on Christmas Eve. Expecting a last minute package for my son. When I go to check the update, it says “no secure delivery location was available.” I can’t believe the incompetence of this driver! I checked the front and back of my house and it looked secure to me! Horrible service! This is the second time this has happened to me, and of course it had to happen on Christmas Eve!! Thanks!

I'm sure they're lovely people and I have a lot of time for and appreciation of the USPS. That said, the automated phone system that defends them against talking to you is the worst I've ever dealt with, and it's not even close. Good luck!

I have amazon prime they supposed. Deliver the package today .well the letter carrier decided. Not deliver mail park holm in Newport ri. This post officer need be investigated. For not deliver people's mail that what's they supposed do

Jim Bourque the postmaster is a horrible supervisor and a monster of a human being, he treats his employees poorly, degrades them and seems to be a misogynist, doesn't recognize pregnant women can not do the same work during pregnancy, doesn't offer light duty and refuses to grant maternity leave which is illegal, thinks it's fine to do the same work and doesn't care for the unborn child at all, he is about to find out the trouble he will be in with his ignorance and hate to his loyal workers he is trusted to oversee
