I've known Lauren for several years, and she always puts her customers first. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field of real estate. If you're looking for an experienced licensed real estate agent that provides top notch service then Lauren is just who you need.

I can't say enough good things about Lauren. She helped me sell my house at a difficult time. She was kind, compassionate, patient and helped me navigate the ins and outs of selling my house.

I can't rave enough about Lauren! From the moment I contacted her to tell her about some homes we were interested in purchasing, until the day we closed & got our keys, Lauren was a complete blessing.

We unfortunately, had been working in the beginning of the year with another realtor. Things were falling through the cracks and we were being outbid constantly. I just didn't feel our realtor had our best interests at heart. In fact the day we wanted to make an offer on two homes, our original realtor wasn't responding.

I knew of Lauren through a local mom group. I was connected with her almost immediately. I texted her the addresses of the two homes and told her I'd call her within the hour. By the time I called her she had already gone to look at both residences and was notably excited to get us into our new home. She helped us make an offer on both houses Sunday evening, and by 8am the next morning both offers were accepted! We decided to pursue moving forward with the home we loved most out of the two.

Lauren made the process easy & smooth. I had so much anxiety in the months leading up to this moment and I had been so frustrated by the process but she made all that anxiety and frustration go away. She was on top of everything! She scheduled our inspection, she contacted a local chimney sweep to investigate further repair work after the inspection. She even looked up pool companies for us when we found out the pool/spa heater didn't work! She has excellent communication skills and really gives you her all!

My only regret is not working with Lauren sooner. I think had we have worked with her from the beginning we would have been in a home sooner. However, things happen for a reason and whatever reason it was she came at a time I needed her most and she helped us to buy our first home.

She brought housewarming gifts that were unique to each individual showing how intentional she is with every person she meets. She continues to reach out to us to check in, and leaves sweet little gifts on occasion through holidays and big events to let us know she is still thinking of us and our home. We were so happy with Lauren as our agent. I was 4 months pregnant with our third baby when we connected with her to start the process of buying our current home and selling our old one. I was so nervous about the process with having 3 kids and worrying about not just finding a house quickly, but a house that checked all our boxes (and we had a lot of boxes). We saw sooooo many houses and Lauren searched high and low to deliver houses that met our specifications. We wanted big, we wanted a desirable school district, we wanted updated, we wanted a yard, we wanted a pool. Big asks. She delivered. She was patient with us when we lost hope, she was with us when we decided against houses that just didn’t feel right, she was with us when we had to fight against buyers with more money. We got the house of our dreams and even though it took longer than we all expected, we are so happy and have the house that we can grow in for the next 30 years! Selling our other home was seamless with Lauren, she guided us on what to keep and what to put away to sell. The pictures and listing really highlighted the features well and our home sold first weekend on the market for the money we wanted. She is SO genuine, never pushed us, and walked us through every step of the way. We are so happy we chose Lauren to be our realtor! After having a bad experience with another realtor when we bought our condo we're so glad Lauren was able to handle the sale. She took care of everything! She hired a photographer, gave us tips on how to stage our home, brought a basket with masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer for potential buyers to use when they came to look at our place, went over all the paperwork with us and was always available to answer any of our questions. Lauren helped us buy our house when we first moved to California. She was extremely helpful and patient during the whole experience. It was hard for her to deal with me as I was really struggling with coming to terms with how much more expensive homes were out here in California than in Illinois, but she handled it very calmly and professionally.
