We had our Valentine’s dinner here. The employees were all very friendly and nice. The breadsticks were delicious! I had the lasagna and was surprised by how big the portion was. It was cheesy and delicious. I was surprised to see real plates and silverware and not disposable. That help keep the food hot while we ate it! The red velvet cheesecake was so good!! It was from The Cheesecake Factory! Fazoli’s offers specials each night and a rewards program. I loved that Tuesday nights kids eat for .99. What a great way to allow parents to treat their kids to a dinner out without costing them a fortune. The restaurant was clean and well stocked.

This place has a few changes since working there 17+ years ago. The food is still good with a few menu additions. The place was clean and the service was friendly. The only thing they should bring back is the bread stick concierge. Now I feel shamed walking up for more. [Jk] All joking aside, its nice they've kept it clean and affordable for families.

Gradey was the man who took care of my family when we walked in we were greeted, all of our questions were answered and when he brought us our food he spoke with us like he knew us forever, was super nice and kept smiles on our faces the whole time we were there very nice young man we will be back to see you so u can't leave ok buddy

The drive thru was handy I ordered my food and the drive thru is quick and I got my food right away the chicken Alfredo and garlic bread was delicious Fazoli’s is the best place to go they got the best chicken Alfredo ever and the garlic bread is delicious too

This would be my second time eating at Fazoli’s

I had a really good experience at this location! I am Italian, and my wife and I were craving something quick. We stopped here for the lunch special and were pleasantly surprised - food was ready early, the restaurant was very clean, and the cashiers were happy to interact with customers. The prices are also extremely reasonable here, and I appreciate that. Low prices make people like me come in more consistently which ultimately means more money for the business! Keep it up, Fazoli's!

Stopped here for lunch. They have a variety of options for their lunch menu. Our order was ready in a quick time and the food was very good. The bread sticks are a plus and you can have as many as you want.

Love the Heath Fazoli's. Ashlee W. went above and beyond for our group, we had 4 adults and 7 kids and Ashlee handled everything with kindness and over the top customer service. She even came out and took pictures of us as a group. Josh the manager came around to check on us and was also great as well. I hope Fazoli's recognizes the rockstar employees they have. Went inside for dinner tonight and Violet was the cashier. The people in front of me took a very long time and asked many questions. She was very patient and helpful. She went above and beyond when they encountered an issue with payment. She was extremely apologetic to myself and the customer behind me about the length of the wait. I was beyond impressed by her kindness. The girl helping her up front was amazing as well but I didn’t catch her name. Great staff! Super helpful and friendly. Hot food, order 100% correct! Awesome deal on Tuesday with 99¢ kids meals. 5/5 recommend!

They have a menu variety. They have pasta, salads and pizza. They have unlimited breadsticks softer than the more upscale restaurants.

Yhey offer lunch and dinner specials. There is plenty of seating and free refills. There is real flatware instead of plastic.

It has been my family's favorite Italian restaurant for over a decade.

We had such a wonderful dinner here!! The food was phenomenal, but the service is what really made the experience. Abi was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu- quick to answer any of our questions. Afterwards she stopped by to check in frequently and made sure all of our needs were met. Abi truly made our evening awesome! We will definitely be back.

Best experience at a Fazoli's in quite a while. Service people were very good. Food came out very quickly. Asked for parmesan cheese, had it at my table in less than a minute. Ordered pepperoni pizza and cheese ravioli with meat sauce. Cooked perfect. Bread sticks were amazing. Got the new Cheesecake Factory chocolate cheesecake. Awesome. Very happy!!

Customer service was great! Never ate there at this location and was extremely Satisfied! Food was fresh , hot , and good! Walked away stuffed and Service was great and patient with us since we couldn't make up our minds on what to eat. They were great! Highly Recommended!

Fazolis is an amazing fast food/dine in restaurant. Always a great experience, and the staff has very professional. A special call out to Amy for taking care of us today, and the great job she did taking our order, delivering it and making sure we had a good dine in experience!

Great Italian "fast" food place that has a drive through and inside seating: have been here frequently and love the $5 lunch menu! Totally recommend to eat here if you have not before! Totally worth the stop for the $5 lunch menu for some Italian food! I usually do the spaghetti and meat sauce with ravioli for the lunch menu! Overall a mostly clean restaurant but I thought the drink area could be a bit cleaner and I still can not figure out if I should clean up after myself and put plates/silverware in the trays or if I should leave the dishes, silverware and a tip?

I always ask for dry breadsticks and special orders are not an issue. Manager Josh provides excellent customer service and is gracious about accepting coupons or applying discounts. I wish silverware were cleaner, but overall a great experience.

The Employees are always so friendly and Taylor M is exceptional at taking your order and making you feel like a valued customer. The Baked Spaghetti and Lasagna is fantastic. A fun place to eat.

Have not been to Fazoli's in about a year. Seems like a lot of new menu items, everything looks great. I will be back more often. The only small complaint is that, I believe it could be a little faster at the drive thru.

This has been my favorite pizza/pasta place for years. The service is always fast (this weekend we no more than sat down and our food was ready) and employees are friendly. I like to go at lunch and get their $5 deal with a piece if pepperoni pizza and spaghetti with meat sauce then, of course, a few breadsticks.
