Ric Ellis and his team are AMAZING!! They are prompt when answering my questions and making changes to our policies. Super easy to work with and knowledgeable to help me save money and still be protected. They are the only agency I ever recommend!

If possible I’d give Ric 100 stars. His agency is the best. My grandma has been with Ric for 40+ years. She is 86 years old and recently had a fire. Ric has been with her every step of the way. He has spent the last 40+ years treating her like a member of his family. Shes encountered some issues outside the realm of State Farm regarding the repairs from her fire. Ric made it a point to stand behind her and fight for her so we could get the discrepancy taken care of. I personally switched my accounts to Ric a few years ago because I wanted an agent I could trust and who would stand behind me. If my grandma has trusted him for over 40 years, he must be doing something right. His agency is also family run and it shows. They value family and they treat you like a member of theirs. I can’t recommend Ric enough!

I work for an Insurance competitor to State Farm. However, have had insurance through Ric for 20+ years. Ric is not afraid of competition and knows his business inside and out.

Ric, repeatedly, has demonstrated he knows everything about his business and will work with you to get apples to apples comparisons to any other rates, and prove his value as an agent.

Insurance agents are going to have only a few conversations with you: when you are uninformed about insurance and need someone who knows to guide you, when you understand and are shopping, and when disaster/accidents happen.

Ric and I have had all of these conversations and Ric and Christine shine in all three of these times.

That kind of service you don’t always get from an insurance agent, that is why people buy directly from a company often times these days… but Ric will always be honest with you with coverage, rates, and advice - and help when accidents/disaster happen, advocate for you as he can, and isn’t afraid to have in-depth conversations that are hard, and show where State Farm provides better value and will concede places they don’t. You’ll always leave Ric’s office sure you are able to make an informed decision that is best for you - and if you go with him, you have a great agent to work with.

What more can you ask of your insurance agent? That’s why I’m still with him 20 years later.

My dad and family has been with Ric for I believe the last 35+ years and I've been using him myself for the last 15+ years. Extremely kind, courteous and patient! I use Ric for all my insurance needs (auto, home, and even business). They've always been helpful and accommodating! Whether it's been when someone has rear ended me, to needing more coverage for my business/gear or to more recently bringing on a new car on to my policy, it's always been smooth and painless.

I've never once doubted my coverage or pricing I get through Ric/State Farm but when I bought my home last year, just for giggles I asked for a quote from Ric and for a similar spec'd quote from another insurance company. The other insurance company's quote was the same price as Ric's but for 3 months coverage vs 12 months coverage from Ric. I was blown away. Only confirming that I truly can trust Ric and his team.
