Felix and Mina were great! I called in at about 10:30am and Felix got me the info I needed immediately and was able to test drive 30min after our call. I explained to Mina on our test drive I was crunched for time and he got me off the lot in my new car in approximately 45 mins! I thought I was only going to have time for a test drive but these guys made everything happen that was needed for me to get into my new ride. It was hands down a great overall experience and I definitely recommend everyone to give these guys a visit if you’re looking for a car. Mina was the straightest car salesman I have ever dealt with! After going all the way to Washington from Las Vegas only to get handed every car salesman trick in the book, my experience with Mina was the polar opposite.

The majority of the deal was done by phone. I called from Las Vegas, explained my situation, and told him what my financial situation was. He called me back within hours with his offer and we made a square deal.

I drove from Las Vegas to pick up the truck and was out of the dealership back on the road in less than 2 hours. I have had my truck for a few weeks now and am absolutely loving it. I recently purchased an ATS-V with a 6 speed manual transmission. It's an extremely rare car. I almost had to go out of state to get it. I was super happy to see I could buy this car in state. I have found something rare at St. Mina Auto sales: Kindness, patience and respect. After searching the market and making numerous visits to a variety of dealerships, I have finally found one worth our time. I had the privilege of working with Henry for the majority of the sale. Henry never tried to deceive me with common "tricks" other dealerships use to manipulate a sale which is unfortunately common these days. The price listed on the website is exactly what you will pay (not including taxes and government fees). I never felt rushed and had ample time to know what I was signing. After getting the vehicle inspected, St. Mina agreed and fixed everything I requested, although the vehicle was in near perfect condition. Just bought a new company’s van from Mina. This is the dealership that does business that way it should be done. Ran into a couple issues with the car, but we managed to work things out with the owner. I did my research before coming there from Sacramento as it’s a long shot, but everything that other customers had said about this place turned out to be true. They stand behind their reputation and we would be coming back once there is a need for one more car in our company.

Felix was super responsive when I inquired about the truck and was very courteous & polite while test driving the vehicle. Henry was extremely professional during signing and Mina was exceptional in handling all the additional work. It was a pleasure doing business with such gentleman. St Mina's is amazing!!! My husband and I had been looking daily for several weeks to find the truck we were looking for and had been to several dealerships. Wow! I’m really happy and grateful that I purchased my 2014 Ford Explorer Sport from St. Mina Auto Sales. I’ve never liked going to smaller dealerships for a vehicle but I’m glad I came here. Mina (owner/GM) and his team are real professionals. Felix was awesome! He showed me around with no pressure at all. They have great quality cars. I’ve always like saying “Honesty is the best policy” and Mina has definitely applied that policy. He explained to me everything to the last period. My girlfriend and I are loving our Explorer, it’s perfect for us and our dogs. We are going to start traveling way more now that we have the perfect vehicle. So me and my girlfriend went to St. Mina today to pick up her first car and let me tell you, they don’t have the best dealer award for 5 consecutive years for no reason. The car we picked up was a steal! A good priced car with good miles on it. Henry, the sales manager, was very helpful and clear with the process of getting the car. He hooked us up with a great deal and did a fine job at explaining everything. All in all the process itself did not take that long. I will for sure be contacting Henry to help find me my next car and purchasing from St. Mina again.
