T-Mobile

T-Mobile has by far the best customer service i have ever received. After losing my phone and being locked out of my T-Mobile account online i felt lost on what to do. After a helpful phone call with customer support i was directed to come to the store for further assistance. Robert was the team member that helped me solve everything in one visit. He is a master genius and very kind helpful soul that made the whole situation so much easier to bare. He managed to get me back into my account and give me all the information i needed to take further action with my account. He also saved my phone number from being lost and got me a new chip to use on my old phone. Big shoutout to Robert for taking the time to explain and guide me through the mess that i caused myself. I have never been so impressed with customer service from anywhere. I will definitely be spreading the word on how wonderful the service all around was. Thank you so so much.

Linda and other employees were so helpful when trying to fix my problem. Best experience i’ve had in a store. Laughing and making jokes is 10/10 at this location. Got the problem fixed no matter how long it took. Everyone was so great.

I've been to this store a few times and every time the employees have been very helpful. Today we were helped by Carlos. He was able to help us add my mother to our account but keep her phone. He was polite, helpful, and professional.

My husband had to call back the store because we were having issues with getting the phone number transferred from Verizon. He spoke with Ashley and even though she hadn't been there when we were in the store, she was able to answer my husband's questions and help him finish set up over the phone.

We are Sprint transplants and even though we weren't super happy when T-Mobile bought out Sprint, we have never had any issues with T-Mobile. The employees at this store have always been great.

We came into this store to add a line and switch services from a different carrier to T-Mobile. I had issues with my previous carrier which caused me to be on the phone with them for almost an hour. Sean was super patient with us while we fixed our problem with our old carrier and was very knowledgeable! Sean and Ashley were very helpful with our process and were so kind, professional and accommodating. I would recommend Sean and Ashley to anyone going to this store, they were awesome!

We moved out of state, so phone service was a necessity! T-MOBILE never let us down during our transition to our new location, and set up of inet service. Reminds me of a movie called "Balto"; 'We'd have been lost without you!' Literally!

There was a mistake made but the store manager, Linda, made things right and took care of it. T-mobile, this store and Linda definitely took care of this customer. Thank you!

Stopped in as I saw the pink tent up when at Trader Joe’s. I asked about the iPhone 13 deal as I wanted to keep my current senior plan of $60/ no unlimited everything for two . The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. Sean zepeda took care of my phone needs and I walked out in a conveniently short time with a phone and plan I am very happy with. Professional, pleasant and efficient. Thanks Sean. You set everything up for me perfectly.

Everything went excellent. I went to talk to Mirna, she explained everything I needed to know. Her customer service is outstanding and very professional!

I received the best customer service at this Sprint store. The manager Ryan Martinez took the time to listen to what I needed (I wanted to keep my simple old flip phone although it had tape on the back to hold it together.) Instead of trying to sell me a more sophisticated phone he advised that my phone would most likely last a lot longer. I am so grateful that he was honest and didn't try to sell me a phone that had more features that I do not want. So when my old flip phone does come to the end of it's long long life, I will go to Ryan to get a replacement, knowing he will sell me what I need, a simple phone.

Was helped by a Max E. Super helpful and friendly! I went in confused about what my plan was and how to upgrade. I left knowing all about my plan, and with a new phone. He really went above and beyond and made me feel like he really wanted to help. He wasn’t pushy at all. Really patient. I would absolutely recommend sprint to my friends after this, just because of the customer service and Easy upgrade.

Went today to add my grandmother to our plan, didn’t have to wait to long and Carlos helped us. He was wonderful! Knew what he was doing and was able to joke around too, when we came back later it was just the same with him too! Thanks guys!

I have to take the time to thanks this guy Max at the Carson store. I am en antertainer on tour and my phone is extremelly necessary for my bookings, but today it will just not work for some reason, so i needed to change the chip to an old phone i had.
What captivated my attention about this guy is that i showed up at 9.40 am not knowing that the opening hour was 10 am, i walked back to the car thinking on waiting but i guess he thought i was leaving because he actually came outside to granted me and let me know they will be opening pretty soon. When i went inside 10.03 they already had 3 people inside and i thought on a long waiting, but this guy was so welcoming that right away he changed my chip and i was on my way supper soon. Thanks Max for your fast help, you are awesome.

Even tho I had to go back 3 days in a row the service was great each time, thanks to Scotty G and Carlos they were awesome. Scotty doesn't know how great he is at his job and I highly recommend him and Carlos to help you with whatever you need. Thanks guys 😁

I don’t understand why the store is a 3.4!!!! When I came in there Scotty took care of me. I am so happy, I’ve saved lots of money and awesome customer service will tell everyone about this store
