Whenever I visit this location, all my problems are handled with professionalism and streamlined

The team is very welcoming and inviting.

I waited less than one minute before I was helped with my problem.
The rep who helped my mother, and I was very polite and understanding with our technical issues. By far the best wireless customer service I've ever experienced from any carrier.

Today was an errand day for us: 2 doctors’ appointments, Costco, etc 40 minutes from home. In the middle of the first appointment my husband lost cell service. I inadvertently had left my phone at home. Of course all of the details of my day were on my phone; my shopping list and the location and time of my second appointment as well.. Thank God for Yessica! She helped us through an automatic Apple update that shuts down service during the update. She let us use their store guest WiFi account which was required to let the update occur. Hang on to Yessica, she’s knowledgeable, kind and efficient!!

The representatives here are amazing!!! Lot better than the entire at and t customer call center put together!!. Jackson, Ryan and one more rep who’s name I don’t remember(had a beard) made my day when I had a real issue which no one were able to solve even on call.

Jackson is/was smart, efficient, pleasant, and knew what he was doing. He "came through" when others--AT&T online chat people, a store clerk at the Tahoe AT&T store, AT&T phone reps, and AT&T automated phone responses--could be of no help and just kept me going in circles and not following through on promised conference callbacks to me. So a BIG thank you goes out to Jackson for gold-star customer support!!!

Nate was amazing. Open up my business account for ProLift garage doors. Switched from a competitor Customer service was Fantastic answered all my questions, met all my business need got 3 new phones, 2 new tablets. Even though he was short-staffed and the other stored on the other end of town was closed, he kept his cool greeted every customer that came in the door.

Outstanding service today, Jae was awesome. I've only had great service with AT&T! I just needed help with the new screen protector, she put it on in a heartbeat and was super friendly.

It took two trips to the AT&T Store, 90 minutes each way, to make to get my mobile services up & running. It was complicated, but even though I had an appointment for a senior specialist, my first rep had only been there a few months. When I went back the second time, I met with a store manager, and he corrected everything and had me up & running in less than 45 minutes. My recommendation is that if your situation is complicated, meet with a senior person and not a newbie. Still giving them five stars.

Great customer service! Went in to get my new phone set up and they offered to place my screen protector for me! Thank goodness because I can’t EVER get those things on right hahaha.

I went to store to fix minor problems with my plan and get some $$ numbers on upgrading my plan. Kobi had it done in about 5 minutes. He knew his STUFF. Excellent customer service. No upsells no BS. Appreciate his knowledge. Will be back in a couple days to order my new phone. Thanks!

I manage a corporate account with lots of users and it’s usually a nightmare to make changes online. I always come to this store for assistance and get amazing service. Rob the new manager is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Loved working with him. Tyler is another great resource. Knowledgeable and funny.

Went to switch services to put my mother and father on my account, change a few things on my account, purchase 3 phones and upgrade my own. Katrina Morales, Retail Sales Consultant, provided top dollar service and answered every question with informative answers. Though she was working with myself, she was very attentive to the customers walking into the store and handled everything with ease and had everyone set in line. She had a very good tone, attitude was on point, and made the visit the easiest big transaction I’ve dealt with going to AT&T. Previously had talked on the phone with someone in the same store and the rep i spoke with had the complete opposite demeanor. Highly recommend working with Katrina Morales and Jason Martinez, those two have always been the best to deal with in this store.

AT&T Store 1984 E Williams Street: I recently purchased my first smart phone, an Apple iPhone 13 256GB and needed all kinds of help porting in my number from Verizon. Randy, the Assistant Manager, provided me with **outstanding customer support** and gave me some tips to help me get up to speed! They will get my repeat business again in the future!!! Thank you again Randy!!!

Shauna was the best AT&T representative I have ever worked with. She made things very easy for me and made sure to explain all my options and answer my questions. She was friendly and kind. I would come back to this store for her service again and again!!

Juliana was amazing!! I had tons of pictures and videos and she patiently waited for me becsuee I was hesitant that things would transfer to my new phone.

She also found us the best deal for our family in a way to get updated phones AND save money off our bill.

Very pleased with the customer service from this store overall. Everyone was pleasant and while I don’t remember all the names, Danny was the manager, but Juliana is the one who worked with me for over 2 hours answering all my thousand questions.

I was very pleased from the 1st contact I made with Aaron until the final encounter.. He was the most knowledgeable individual life run across in the industry in many years. After 20 years in the fire service I reckon he couldn't be one of the top command presents I have met. His ability to manage in-and-out traffic in the stor Along with staff needs and responsibilities were outstanding I would recommend your store in particular as long as hes working there

Carlos and Danny were amazing! Never been a big ATT fan in the past but I would recommend the William St branch in Carson City to anyone who is looking to choose a place where customer service is as it should be!!! Very friendly, helpful and easy! We worked with Tyler who got us in and out with brand new phones very quickly!
