As a first timer visiting this store, I have to say I was impressed! Although I didn’t purchase anything, Reina demonstrated such excellent customer service! She was very patient while I was undecided trying to figure out what styles I wanted to try and she never made me feel pressured or rushed in any way. Having a customer services skills like her are rare to come by! I’ll be going back just because of my pleasant experience with her and this time I’ll be making some purchases.

GREAT service hector and Stephanie helped us find Boots, very nice jeans and belts. They helped find the boots that fit the best, and they were even on sale!!

Reina helped me try on about five pairs of boots to see what my shoe size in boots were. We found the perfect fit and so I bought them. She was very helpful and I couldn’t have better service.

I went up to the counter with an already wicked inexpensive pair of stripy pants, already excited about my steal. Then Reina and her manager offered me another pair of pants FOR FREE from the same rack, which was marked “buy 1 get 1 50% off”. It was my lucky day! So glad I stopped in for some stylish cowboy pants on my way to Oregon!
