Beckers worked with us through several possible purchases. They were quick and thorough in evaluating properties that we expressed interest in. They educated us in the importance of being aware of wetlands restrictions (which weren't disclosed in their respective listings) in several lots for sale.
They very patiently showed us several places, some of which were very attractive but not quite what we needed. When we found the perfect house, they were able to connect us with a very reputable mortgage broker who arranged exactly what we needed.

We recently relocated across country to Washington and our listing agent for our previous home put us in touch with Team Becker. Team Becker kept in touch with us prior to our move and provided various possible listings we might be interested in.
We were interested in a number of homes, and they were all in different towns. Cassie and Brian were wonderful to work with and they showed us a number of homes we wanted to see. Cassie and Brian were enthusiastic, friendly, and extremely helpful. When we decided to make an offer on a house, they made the entire process stress free, from the offer to closing. We definitely recommend Cassie and Brian Becker.

Brian and Cassie were great to work with and were patient with our ever-changing situation and home search. Ultimately , we decided on a home under construction in a new development. They showed up extra early to make sure we got the bid in and accepted. We love our new home and we’re very grateful for Cassie and Brian.

I highly recommend Team Becker! I connected to Team Becker through my builder and Brian and Cassie started getting me listings to look at later that day! They were quick to respond, walked me through things I didn’t know and they went the extra mile (literally) to travel to the properties and give me tours via video chat. I was out of state and it saved me so much time and effort and they got me through negotiations and final sale. Team Becker is who you should go to!

Early on, I asked Brian for a couple of customer references and all were uniformly positive pointing out particularly how Brian went the extra mile for them. We were naturally anxious in purchasing a 130 Victorian home and our bank was also a bit, requesting several inspections be done. We managed to obtain these at no cost from professionals he recommended to us, in the course of discussing potential renovations. At one point, we walked away from the deal to return to purchase the same property months later at a lower price. Brian was very accepting of the logic of our decisions and clearly looked to provide us with what we wanted and never pushed nor showed us properties that did not make sense. Three years on, we are very happy with our purchase!

Team Becker were absolutely amazing. They drove to my new home and FaceTimed me while I was thousands of miles away. Having Brian and Cassie both was so helpful for me and my wife. We really benefitted from having a man and woman’s perspective. They made the home buying process basically painless even though it was almost all done virtually. Could not recommend any higher!! 10/10!!

5 diamonds, Michelin 3rd star, 10 out of 10... However you want to describe the best, I would dare say they need to be compared to Brian in the real estate agent world.
I've purchased several houses and sold several houses, and his service was at another level. He was always available, used new technology, was spot on when pricing, and was always a pleasure to talk to.
I live in Seattle, almost 2 hours away from the Port Townsend area, but felt like I was "there" every day to the options. Brian was able to use a drone for high-def pictures and took walk through videos for me which was priceless in assessing options.
He sealed the deal when on closing day, my lending bank had dragged their feet...., he drove over 4 hours round trip to pick up and drop off the papers needed to close in time. I can honestly say he goes the extra mile.

Cassie was amazing throughout the whole process. This was our first home purchase and we were initially overwhelmed with it all, especially buying a home sight unseen. She and Brian worked around the clock to show us homes and get us through this difficult sellers market. We are so grateful for their hard work and couldn’t have asked for a better real estate team.
