Fast friendly service even when they are busy, in and out within 5 min, I did have my package ready tho. Kind and courteous employees! A+ from me

I went in there today and I’m not very good at the whole return process on my phone I had Max help me who was above, and beyond so kind and helpful smile on his face so sweet as he was helping me, do the return, almost finished my phone died, instead of getting frustrated or annoyed with me he went above and beyond once again, charged my phone for me, and made sure that the whole process was smooth and easy. I will be coming back here he was truly so awesome these days it’s hard to get great customer service, but I can say without a doubt I had excellent customer service with Max

I came to this store to have some documents notarized, faxed then mailed.
While I waited to have my book of pages faxed, I watched Jack and his wife efficiently help close to 50 people in less than an hour. It was amazing! They were polite to everyone! I couldnt believe how many people came through in that amount of time. Thanks for all the help and the show guys! Slayed!

Really great service and knowledgeable staff - Jack and Wendy are awesome! They're incredibly sweet, helpful and always go out of their way to help me with big projects. I'm an independent artist and get my traditional art prints copied and cut to bleed here, and the price and end product are wonderful. Their team works with you to make sure you end up with what you're envisioning!

As a business owner and veteran, I always support local franchises. Especially in this economic turmoil. This company is efficient and friendly and believes in the freedom that being an American is all about. Maybe this review will in some small way offset the ridiculous bad reviews such as people upset at ups for for delayed deliveries, which is not anything the UPS store franchise has any control over. Hopefully the owner and workers know they are appreciated.

I've been here about a dozen times over the last year. It can be busy, but the staff is efficient and knowledgeable. I have often interacted with one man who really deserves a compliment. On one visit I had to print some tax forms for a new job, and he did this quickly. When I mentioned the new job, he said congratulations, and noted how any good news these days was welcome news. He comped my print job-- yeah, 2 pages of black and white printing, not a big deal ($1 even?) but I left with a real warm-fuzzy feeling. UPS is of course a huge company but this shop is staffed by local folk and I appreciate them.

I am never one to leave reviews. But after visiting this store multiple times and receiving exceptional customer service every single time, regardless of how crazy busy it is. This place deserves major kudos. The staff is so friendly and always a pleasure to work with. They go over and beyond to make sure your needs are met!!

Absolutely great service. Jack and team took great care in picking up, crating, and seeing off a one of a kind, 156lb carved wood statue, getting it to me across country. We handled it all by phone and it was the best price I could find. It arrived quicker than expected and in perfect condition.

The customer service here is great. They go out of their way to make sure each customer leaves happy. Their nice too. I use this store more than the post office!

Quick and easy visit for printing. Just had to email my document over. They paper used is way better than cheap copy paper. It also didn’t cost as much as expected. Would visit again.
