Eagle Medical Center

The Eagle Medical Center is where Great Basin Imagining is located. This is where my wife mostly has a lot of Medical Imagining done, C/T scans, MRIs, every type of scanning you could think of. The staff here is friendly and helpful, the equipment is up to date and the building itself big and beautiful. All of our experiences have been nice, what you would hope for..

Dr. Lingard was truly incredible, he was extremely professional, and created a comfortable environment for me. His assistant (Nancy), was very kind and answered all my questions!
I sincerely recommend anyone with fears of dentist and/or want a fast and friendly experience, they go above and beyond, and handle you with great care!

This clinic is poorly run. The PAs are a joke. Dr. Sarmad is a terrible human being and worse physician. I was 11 minutes late in poor weather, have a fever and cough and have a fatal cardiopulmonary disease but they refused to see me. They are charging me $85 for a missed appointment. Insurance won't pay it nor will I. They can collect it from my worthless estate after I die of pneumonia.

I was hoping for my daughter to have a good experience about pregnancy but for her it wasn’t. She went for a ultrasound an was treated horribly. As this lady who does the ultrasound said she couldn’t take pics of her baby, then she didn’t turn the monitor to see her baby. Didn’t let us hear the baby’s heartbeat, than snapped a pic that was shady an said that’s the baby when we seen the baby clear in the beginning but she didn’t take pics? Then has the nerve to roll her eyes when asked a question. This lady needs to do her job better an not make pregnant woman feel not welcomed an needs to have eye contact. Unprofessional an very unwelcomed.

Dr. Christopher Forman is one of the best doctors I have ever had but trying to reach his office for an appointment is awful. Unfortunately had to find another doctor due to the annoyance of being on hold for 20 minutes waiting for anyone to even answer the phone. When they do answer they're rude which is confusing because his staff are always nice. What a shame, such a great doctor, such a horrible appointment service. Will never use anyone at Eagle Medical because of it.
