Classy Seconds Thrift Shop

I recommend this thrift shop. I've gone here for many years. Their new store is beautiful and well kept up. Still has the same feel as the old store. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful. Their prices have fluctuated a little, but they are still very cheap, UNLESS you only shop in the boutique. The boutique is their more elegant or brand name type of section. They have fancy dresses, and every type of nice clothing you might think of.

To answer some questions, yes, there are some pieces that show more wear and tear but to each their own. To summarize, classy seconds stands for a good cause and carries things you may not expect.

A Thrift Store with Heart and Class ~ Classy Seconds' selection, pricing, daily deals, staff, organization, cleanliness, and location are top notch. And the displays are amazing works of art! Wish all thrift stores had this much class.

This place is amazing it has some wonderful finds, they also have a full line of Lula roe,
They have some neat dishes but they don’t wash them so they will be grimy looking. Also look at this awesome find I found this great shirt for my grandmother!!

Great store. So many wonderful goodies. Prices are reasonable. Nice and clean. My only complaint is that the shelves are to close together and makes it hard for people to pass each other.

This is my favorite thrift store in Carson City. Besides being a very clean place, everything is always sorted and displayed in the perfect way for the customers to view.

Classy Seconds is my favorite Thrift Store! They are so unique with their beautiful decor and the boutique! The employees are so helpful and are always working so hard. I get quality clothes and other things when I shop at Classys. Their prices are reasonable and I always get a good deal! I just bought an Apple iMac computer for $30!! I love their daily specials that are different every day of the month. I always donate to them as well because I love that they benefit a good cause, victims of domestic violence. Everyone is so nice and the store is well maintained and organized :) Classy Seconds is definitely the best in town!!

I never put in reviews. But this one is by FAR the best one in this area. They have a huge selection and ALWAYS treat me with kindness. Ive probably been to every thrift store from Vegas to Carson City and you would be surprised at how only few of them know how far a smile and helpful intentions go.

I'm not big on thrift store shopping but Classy Seconds change my mind! I get all my sons Jean's from here and mine as well! Excellent prices and very good quality! A pair of almost new Levi's for $4! Cant beat there prices! Highly Recommend!

Pretty great thrift store. Typically you'll see nicer things here. They have some great regular deals, like a bag of books for , I think it's $5. Sometimes a bag of shoes for $5. Absolutely terrific. There are some times, however, where they seem a little confused about what is within a sale. For example, I one time had been about to purchase a game controller for a Playstation, and I thought it might be included in their electronics return policy. It was strange because electronics were on sale, and the controllers qualified for the sale price, so it was kind of weird to hear both that it was and wasn't an electronic device.

Outside of that one kind of wonky experience, they have been a pleasure to deal with. And the have a pleasant atmosphere overall. I do recommend this as a great addition to your thrift store and/or yard sale circuit.

I visited this new store in town and found it to be very nice and full of treasures. Upon arrival, one of the employees, Saira was eager to assist me with my shopping experience. She was very helpful showing me the different sections of the store and also going over the different discounts. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for affordable, yet, good quality items.
Saira will always be there waiting to help with a big smile on her face!

They support an extremely important and great cause! Their main focus is on Domestic Abuse and Sexual Assault Victims. They work very closely with Advocates to End Domestic Violence and SARA Sexual Assault Response Advocates. They help spread awareness and funding to support the victims and save their lives! One life at a time! As a survivor myself and seeing men and women who have endured abuse it is amazing to see them find support and help and the much needed love and concern! No one should be left to suffer or left in an unsafe place and no one should be left alone! This is where advocates reach out. Providing much needed freedom and love for them. Crimes involving victims of abuse are high. So many suffer in silence and fear until they learn there is hope and they do not have to suffer alone. All the employees at Classy Seconds and all the advocates I have met are so supportive, empathetic, and care. Nothing is better than giving to a cause that brings people to safety and peace. Just through donations and rounding your balance up to the next dollar can change so many lives! My opinion is it is definitely a place worth visiting and giving any donations too! It is much appreciated! And helps us right here in our community!

Also Sunday's and Wednesday's are 50% off all clothing including the boutique! Great buys for sure!

1st time here. This place is great, reasonable priced and WAY better than Goodwill. Really into books and they have a great selection of books. 50 cents for soft and 1.50 for hard. Definitely recommend

Maybe this review is unnaturally high after the disappointment of the two surrounding thrift stores, but it was clean, organized and the prices were not too bad. We found a few great items and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I Love Love shopping at Classy Seconds. My favorite place is the Book Nook! It is clean and well organized! The books are very cheep! You don't see that at any other thrift shops ! Most shops think that books are a waist of time and space. I am glad that Classy understands that people still read Real Books.

Great prices on a wide variety of used merchandise. The store is clean and has a high turnover of goods. The service is excellent. My favorite second hand store!

Best thrift store in town. Prices are very reasonable and has many different items for everyone. Christmas is a great time to go for tree shopping and lights. Great store and helps Advocates to end domestic violence locally.

Such a shame that they are closed at 9 AM with 3 cars waiting to donate. I had a bag of new winter sweaters for them. They don't open till 10 now. I did call and let them know to change their web site information.

This is by far the cleanest, most well-stocked thrift store in the area. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. Classy is always my first stop!
