Very caring and understanding staff. I can say that all of the problems I encountered upon filing my taxes were fixed, fully explained and delt with as they should have been. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend to family/friends.

I was having some trouble with an extremely complicated tax year. Some years are easier than others. I tried crypto last year. Made things more difficult. I didn't have any of my transactions collated and they took the time to do that for me.

H & R Block has been my tax preparer for the last twenty-plus years. Never an error. Always accepted by the IRS without question. I like the fact that each year when I go in, the same tax preparers are still there subject to retirement and state of health. This means that I can have my favorite year after year, and I like to feel I have a relationship with the person, who does my taxes.
