Autumn Funerals & Cremations

I’m very sad to say that I lost three family members this year. My stepfather, my husband, and my mother, in that order. Autumn funeral homes handled all of the arrangements, which included, cremation and ordering of the urns, and death certificates and so forth. They did a wonderful job. Everything was done smoothly. Both Bethany and Jeff made it easier to deal with a most devastating year in my life and the life of my remaining family.

Very personable and informative as I had no idea what to expect. Bethany answered all my questions, she was awesome. I entered with stress and left at ease. I guess I listened to many negative people about funeral homes and got the opposite, it was a good visit for me. Thank you.

My husband just passed suddenly I did not know what to do I called a couple places trying to hold it together the moment I spoke with Bethany she was just amazing! Very caring and understanding explained everything in detail as I didn't know what to do. Bethany called me for any updates I never had to call her she was on top of everything. This has been a nightmare through all these processes I have to go through except for this I just can't express my gratitude for bethanys kindness and care . ❤ I would recommend Autumn funerals and cremation to anyone going through the death of a loved one.

Three words says it all for Autumn Funerals and Cremation’s,, caring, courteous and professional. In 2019 they handled my wife's cremation, and in August of this year they took care of my one hundred year old mother’s cremation.also. Both times I sat down to decide on the services I was wanting, and that’s exactly what they provided.
No pushing for add-ons or upgrades, And in the Funeral business I know from experience that’ it’s a common practice to make you feel guilty if you don’t spend a lot of money. There are many choices out there, but I would highly recommend Autumn for your needs.

They didn't treat us like we were another customer, they treated us like family. In the worst, most difficult moment for our family, John and Debbie stepped in and made the process so much more bearable. They showed exceptional professionalism and empathy from the moment they arrived at our home, allowing all family members time to say a final goodbye - even our 11-year-old Labrador Retriever. From big details to small, we knew we were in good hands with Autumn, and my family is grateful for their help!

John and Debbie are wonderful people who provide an excellent service in a difficult business. They handled every detail with care and compassion allowing my family to focus on the grieving process. Jeff and John worked with me and my Dad during the cremation process of a family member. Their business was handpicked for our family by a friend who is also in the funeral business. I’ll always be thankful we were sent to them. They were immensely compassionate, patient, caring, and helpful with all of our requests. I could not have imagined better people to navigate that heartbreaking experience with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated with as much courtesy as possible.

Debbie and Jeff have been extremely helpful and caring as I have been dealing with the unexpected loss of my mother. They have gone above and beyond to be communicative with me and to help me get everything taken care of. When I was having a hard time getting the death certificate from the hospital and it was taking longer than expected, they were in contact with me daily to let me know of any new information. I couldn't have asked for a better experience (while going through the worst experience of my life). It was such a kindness to know they were there to answer my questions and help with everything. I highly recommend them.

Everything went fine with Autumn. I'm very happy with the service that they all provided me and my family. Bethany was especially very helpful and kind.

I would like to thank Autumn Funerals and Cremations and particularly John. The loss of our mother so unexpectedly was so difficult that we could hardly think, let alone try to plan her cremation and memorial service. John and staff handled every detail with care and compassion. I have learned from past experiences that you get what you pay for and they provided excellent service at a fair price. Beautiful facility and caring staff. Hands down better service than Walton’s, Fitzhenry’s and those other cheap disposal places. If you want true care go see John at Autumn.

Very caring, professional. Back at my mother-in-laws apartment to clear out her things, found the sweetest thing to let us know that they would care of her as if she were their own family. A lovely little red rose on her bedding. Bless you.

The staff here were incredibly understanding and compassionate. They were so helpful when my husband passed. I couldn't have managed without their help. I highly recommend John and his staff.

The staff was caring, up front about costs, and thorough. They paid attention to details and were careful that every little thing was just right. We hope we don't have to use their services again any time soon, but if the need arises, Autumn will be our choice.
