I will say that when I first started coming to this UPS I was skeptical because it seemed outdated. I won't think that again! The staff went above and beyond for me and my business today. I am so glad they were able to retrieve my package that I mislabeled. I was freaking out and the staff members thought that the driver had picked it up already so I walked out and they had continued looking in the back and they came out to my car and told me they found them!! By a miracle! I am so grateful 🙏 to the staff. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE ALWAYS! I also LOVE how they have the Amazon return and prepaid label kiosk now! Makes it sooo much easier for me to get in and out quickly.

VERY friendly and professional staff. I've never encountered any employee there that's rude. NICE people. The store's prices are extremely high compared to just going to Pirateship online ... but the store itself is nice and tidy and delightful staff!

Recently lost everything I own to a fire. Today I needed to do several things to comply to get insurance pay out In timely fashion. Being technology challenged I was extremely nervous to get it right the first time around. Gabriel was SO kind and patient! He helped me thru each step with with unbelievable empathy and compassion. Customer service extraordinare and remarkable kindness!! I will never forget this Angel in my time of great need. Thank you is not enough!!

Very friendly and helpful in setting up a new box. Customer traffic ebbed and flowed pretty wildly. The gentleman behind the desk managed to get all but one super impatient person served.

Great location that is within a shopping center providing free parking and easily accessible to the store. Facemask is not mandatory for customers, but staff wears them. Each staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about shipping, packaging, estimated cost and delivery of package with receipt after each transaction. The store is very clean and organized, and they maintain a clean and declutter high counter/table for self service packaging items. I haven't seen it crowded which is great because they seem to give more attention to individual's various needs. Would like to see them maintain their small-town demeanor, attention, and helpfulness. Highly recommended.

I live in San Francisco but had to ship something asap. Made it to Carson City UPS, Thursday, 2 minutes before closing and they were welcoming and nice.
Gabriel took care of my shipping professionally and with a smile on his face, the whole time.
He solved some question I had about a different shipping, different company and he was so helpful diligent & nice.
It feels really good to run into workers like him, that loves helping people and does his job with true caring and helpful approach. I know shipping is a difficult job, not every customer is happy about timelines and delays, but if you have to take your business somewhere in Carson City & want outstanding top notch service, 1894 E William St in Carson city is the place to go to.

Fast, friendly efficient customer service with a smile 😁

The store is run extremely professional. Employee's are all very courteous. Every time I have gone in. They take there time helping all customers. They acknowledge you as you walk in the door. They will apologize for any wait time. Every visit to this store has been a positive one.

Went in with a little packing extra to do and Gabriel made sure everything was done efficiently. Him and his co worker both worked hard to help a large number of people fast.

Gabriel was great today with my shredding needs. But he was an awesome NOTARY for me when I needed one quick! Was there within an hour and even met me at the hospital! Thank you sooooo much!!!

Used them for 6 years while in AZ. Extremely reliable and forwarded mail promptly, while traveling.. Now moved back to Carson City and using them again. Very good service.

These guys are the best!!!! Everyone is super friendly and very professional. Even though I had to ship internationally, they made it easy!

I always go here to notarize documents. The manager is cool and will notarize one or two documents on walk in but an appointment is required for bulk notarizing.

Young staff always helpful and nice, busy place...but they seem to make it work.
