I recently shopped at Rue 21 and was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite professionalism and the impeccable service from the manager Quinn. He showcased a variety of innovative merchandise, presenting bold designs, and a beautiful presentation with clothing as well as the products. The attentive detail for drive and knowledge this man has is ABSOLUTELY INSANE! He ensured that our visit was definitely a memorable one, he was providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our 100% satisfaction from the time we arrived, until we left. I seriously cannot recommend Rue 21 in Tooele enough for a fantastic shopping experience. Lastly, I hope Quinn sees this, but his ability to work effectively while actively multitasking is a strength and discipline not everyone has. Good on ya bud!

My son and I went to Rue today and was greeted by Quinn as soon as entering, he has some AMAZING costumer service skills, very kind, personable, and he knows his job.

This store is probably a solid 7/10 on the teenybopper scale. As the kids would say these days "this place was a gas" I arrived with my wife and son who is still unable to walk be he does his best. There's plenty of rags for the youngsters, plenty with some of those Chinese cartoon characters the kids watch too. They did have an excellent selection of buy one get one free flannel shirts which I of course could not refuse fam! My old lady also nabbed up 2 shirts(not as good at buy one get one 50 percent off mind you). They store is clean but the changing room did wrongfully call me a princess. I am a Mexican male and therefore have no royalty flowing through my veins, but the compliment is appreciated. The staff were all youngins but that's to be expected from a 7/10 teenybopper scale establishment. They were plenty helpful. There was a problem with checking out as one of my buy 1 get one free flannel shirts was ringing up as a clearance item!!! Normally a clearance flannel shirt would be a great deal but it was interfering with a better deal and we can't have that. They were very professional and corrected the correct correction and had me, my non-walking son, and wife on our way. It was snowing but I won't mark that against the store. Overall tremendous experience for everyone everyone involved keep up the great work Rueth!

This store was very well organized. The staff was very friendly and made sure to point out all the deals they had going on.

I LOVE Rue in Tooele the staff is Young some of them most of them LOL but they know me by name because I shop there so much and they are always always great to me!

Very awesome and attentive employees and the only place out here that I can get clothes I actually like.

My daughter and son love to go to this store, excellent costumer service, always helping you with anything you are looking and if they don't have it they help you to order by online.

I had stopped shopping here because of how bad the store looked but I read about the sale they posted on Facebook and thought I would stop in. I can’t believe how much it has changed, the store was clean and organized and the staff was so helpful!

My favorite shopping store here in Tooele for sure! The staff and the manager is awesome!
