Macey's Food and Pharmacy Granger

I’m hoping Maceys leadership sees this. I want to highlight Nathan (I believe that was his name) it was Super Bowl Sunday, a few hours before the game. The store was PACKED. Nathan was pulling a pallet of waters from the back, and he saw me and noticed I had two 12 packs of soda. He went over to me about 30 feet away and pointed out the “buy 2 get 2 packs free, with free crackers and cheese ball” and he actually helped me find the items, and more, of what I was looking for. He did it without hesitation and steadfast dedication to ensuring I was taken care of, and helped many others along the way. His level of awareness and customer service was definitely not expected, especially amongst that busy traffic. Please give him praise, and a raise !

Always happy with Macy's. Everyone I've ever encountered has been super helpful and a great attitude to boot. It can be a little hectic sometimes if you go when school is letting out or their lunch but never had a problem being to busy. They also always have what I need and then some. The Hispanic foods are great. Love love the salsas and guacamole dips. Reminds me of being in Miami, where I was born and raised. Thank you Macy's for making my shopping experience pleasant.

Thank you Macey's staff for the excellent customer service. I have been to multiple places and I have never been treated with as much respect as I was today, in your store.
Your entire staff was more than willing to assist me and my mother who has a server disability that causes her to asks multiple questions, sometimes the same question multiple times,, it can get overwhelming sometimes, so again thank you for keeping the friendly smile on your faces, of staying curious and polite. You all made our experience there unbelievable. The store was clean and organized, my overall experience was nothing short of PERFECT.
YOU can bet you're bottom dollar that this will be my go-to store for now on..

I really like this Granger location of Macey’s Food and Pharmacy. The store is so neat and organized. The produce is kept really fresh. Their front end displays of seasonal items are so much fun. It is almost like a treasure hunt. Their clerks are super friendly, and shopping there was a great experience. I found some great sales!

Love the remodel. I visited the other day and love the new look. Been going to this store since it was Albertsons. Good place, good people. 👍🏽

Love this store. It is a little pricey, but high quality, I love their premade food, and soft serve ice cream. The best part is their lounge area. Some days I'll take the kids here for lunch,and end with a nice ice cream cone.

Clean, great staff. Products are great. No complaints.

If you’ve shopped at Macey’s and had a horrible experience, then you haven’t met Marnell G. She is the definition of going above and beyond to make customers feel at ease. If the Macey’s ceo is reading this, please give her a raise because she definitely deserves it.

I went into Macey's for steaks and I had a discussion with the butcher and that was very informative

They have great deals and are very nice

Damien at the Deli is great, provided excellent customer service both times I have interacted with him.

Great baked goods/desserts. Decent selection of all items. Excellent produce section. The price is higher than other stores, but worth it for the items you won't buy at the cheaper stores.

This place is nothing like it used to be! Everything is fresh. I was having a hard day because no one remembered my birthday, no kids, no boyfriend, no one. The produce man asked me what was wrong because I broke down into tears after he said hello and how was I doing. He bought me a donut out of his OWN pocket and I actually felt like I might mean something to someone. I highly recommend this store.

I rarely had down this way. I'm really glad that Macy's has a location here. They really went above and beyond the customer service. Every person I spoke to you from the moment I walked in through the doors seemed to want to help me in my journey to find what I needed. I felt accepted and cared for by the staff. They had every item that I was in need of for that night. And one of the clerks even had some great recommendations for what I had purchased. Not to mention this is where you can get the King cone for an amazing price.

Loved that ice cream cones can be bought here and then say and enjoyed in an eating area inside the store. Love it!

My go to. Wednesday is discount sushi day and their sushi is decent for grocery store. Love their bags of old bananas for a dollar cuz I get to eat bananas the day I shop while my other bananas ripen. Their smoked ribs had no flavor.

Store is extravagant. Clean. Fine tuned to the finer living. Excellent products.

A bit pricey but they have awesome produce, an amazing bakery, and my favorite place to buy meat.

Nice store. Always clean and good customer service.
