Kendra and Leland at Cricket Tooele are so incredible. Rather than try talk customers into buying high end 📱 phones, they are sympathetic to the customers budget and they go from there. I have been to stores before that would sell you a phone and assume I knew how to transfer contacts, pics, etc. This team of professionals will stay with you until you are 100% confident with your new phone. On a personal level, I've really enjoyed doing business with such thoughtful and friendly professionals. I have never called, or been to the store and been unsatisfied. I strongly recommend anyone not satisfied with their phone services go to Cricket in Tooele.

Ashley was A-mazing helping me to transfer my info including about a gazillion pictures and videos after I'd gone home and been overwhelmed by the process. I ended up back at the store twice and on the phone with her twice over two days. She was very patient with me and I appreciated the above and beyond help she gave me.

The girls at this store are great! My phone screen shattered and the phone I had was now obsolete so they hooked me up with another one and made sure that this time I got the insurance. These girls know their stuff and I never feel like I am being pressured into buying accessories.
