Harbor Freight Tools

I can’t remember her name but the manager or assistant manager was terrific. I had called the store and they put a hold on what I needed and I picked it up that day as the local store didn’t have it in stock so I drove 45 min away to pick it up. I had a nice chat with her and she was so helpful.

Store was clean and organized. Only thing I hadn't realized was they really do not sell screws and nails. They have a few standard sizes but thats all.

Had a terrible accident shortly after buying a high-dollar item. (My fault, entirely.) The store manager Leah was very understanding of the situation. After getting authorization with upper management, HFT agreed to exchange the equipment. Now I'll go out of my way to patron the Tooele HFT over other locations in the SLC valley.

I want to do a huge shout out for Ryan at the Tooele store. He is the most knowledgeable and helpful person there.

So happy they have a new store in Tooele, always good for cheaper prices and lifetime warranty’s!

This is a DIYers toy store! All kinds of tools and fun things to get there! I'm so glad they're out in Tooele now!
The biggest issue is that they have such a limited stock, I've had to order online to get some of the specials. You have to weigh out if it's worth the extra cost of shipping or to buy from another local store.

95% of the time they have what I need a much more reasonable price.

I love this store. One of my favorite The employees were so friendly and personable. They made the experience even better. The store could have completely sucked and the positive attitudes and friendliness of the employees wouldn't made up for it. 10 stars if I could!!

HF has those tools or materials that can be used for a one-time project or long term, their warranties are solid make sure you add this on to your original purchase, if you plan on using this tool over a length of time, every tool can break, even those name brands , the name brands HF has are way better than they used to be like back in the 90’s and early 2000’s, lol .

My last “Chicago” concrete drill lasted me 10 years! I replaced it twice in the 1st year but after that it held up until a few months ago.

I am happy with the new brands of heavy duty tools! And I will always be a HF customer!

Very nice store, had everything and more that I could use. I will definitely be back for more. Store employees were very helpful and polite. They continually have coupons for discounts on great items.

Went in to buy a new generator today as we were heading out of town, and Brianna and her team were so incredible and so helpful! They were quick to grab us what we wanted and help us get it all loaded. Brianna helped us find a coupon to make it a bit cheaper, and offered to let us unbox it at the store so we didn't have to deal with the trash. Definitely a great experience at Harbor Freight in Tooele!

It's not a huge HFT, but it's got all the essentials and even manages to keep the free w/coupon lights in stock. Plus every time I've been in there, the manager is out running a register, which I have never seen at another location. 👍

Staff were awsome, we were worried that the wheel we were looking at wasn't going to fit on the go kart we had. We asked if we could take it out side before we bought it, to see if it would fit. They said yah that was fine and we went and tried and it worked, we eneded up buying thay one and another one. Great Staff

Great prices and friendly employees. They will help with anything they can, including helping people to their vehicle if needed. I have observed that on a few occasions and not once has the employee ever looked irritated or inconvenienced.

The Tooele Harbor freight is well staffed, well stocked, and nicely organized. My husband and I would typically run into the main SLC valley to visit harbor freight, so we are very happy with the opening of one local to us. Great work!

Love Harbor freight, always make sure you check for a coupon! Great cheap tools when you need to get the job done!
