Walmart Supercenter

Had a grocery pickup for today and came to realize their power has gone out, meaning they would not have access to their pos systems and phone. regardless, the pickup employees found a work around and we're sure to get all the cars seemingly taken care of. These are the type of employees who 100% deserve a raise, thank you guys for your essential work even at the most frustrating of times.

Needed to stop by to get some essentials. They had almost everything I needed. Prices are reasonable. Facility is clean and organized. Staff are super friendly. No one gave me grief about my son riding a big wheel around and I appreciate that. I witnessed a greeter inform an entering customer of the need for a mask and provided them with a mask. I also had an associate take time to help me locate something specific. Very much appreciated.

My review is for Mandy at the auto care I brought in my minivan in a cold day she did a great job helping Walmart needs more people like her. People that listen to the customer people are respectful to the customer. Thank you Mandy keep up the great work

Great location, great store, friendly staff and very helpful.

This is my number one go to the grocery store to get everything at one stop shop. and It has food and clothing and sporting goods and outdoor stuff. and Where I can get stuff that is easy and fast to get.

Whenever I have visited that part of West Jordan I have found friendliness, parking space, gas and a lot of variety in different services and products.

5 stars for self checkout. We're traveling further for them still having it.

Love this walmart they don't have a return limit. They always have everything, staff super friendly, knowledgeable about the store. It's really clean and all the prices actually match the product placed on the shelves. Bonus, they have walmart gas station there as well gas is 3.85$

I had a large problem I lost my phone and could not call nor get an uber the manager Frosty was amazing not only did she get me an uber she waited with me. This is real customer service

We were there for birthday gifts and they had the perfect skateboard and plenty of batteries, lots of cake and ice cream and everything else to make a birthday at the park an awesome experience.

I was in the store today and received some solid service from one of the employees at self check out. Israel I believe is his name. He went above and beyond for me helping me find what I needed and his customer service was genuine and nice. It was much needed during a rough time. I hope management notices his efforts

I love my local Walmart, because it has everything, is to sad for me the fact that they close early not like years ago but I still love it.

There are two Walmarts closer to where I live and I choose to shop here instead every time. They often have great clearance, they're rarely out of stock of my needed items, and today I placed a late pickup order and the app said I had to wait until tomorrow to pick it up. It was time sensitive, and there's no way Alexis B. knew that, but she totally had my order ready and delivered a full 24 hours earlier than estimated! What amazing customer service, thank you so much!
