Friendly's

First time at this Friendly's snd first time in years. The food was good. I enjoyed my food. The mini mozzarella stick basket was great. My daughters meal was good. The free Sunday with her meal was super cute and she loved it. The service wasn't great. Waitress was overwhelmed it seemed. Kept forgetting requests, including eating utensils at our table. The woman picking up the dishes and clearing tables almost dropped a tray full of plates, cups and ice cream cups on me and my daughter because she was having trouble walking and carrying more than she should if she has trouble. But there were ppl waiting so she was trying to rush and it almost ended badly. It was louder in there than any place we have eaten before but I think that's because it was mainly families with young children who were excited and just being kids. All and all we would eat there again.

came here 2x in 3 days and both times were amazing. The French fries are always so good and had the clam strip meal which was cooked perfect and so fresh and hot. Gina our waiter was amazing and was working by herself and wasn't busy but she had at least 6 tables she waited on and I watched her bounce around with such grace never leaving any table waiting and just stayed busy the entire time cleaning tables and waiting on them. I give her credit because I couldn't do her job without getting overwhelmed but she did it and was so sweet, attending, and appreciated. She made you feel so welcome and stayed on top of everything so fast. I split a meal with my s.o. and she was prepared bringing 2 plates and being so a quick and efficient. This girl needs a raise. I highly recommend and the prices are fair and for good food and ice cream you can't go wrong here. We will be back for sure!

Still 5 stars , went today November 8th, 23, used my free medium Sundae , had no problems or complaints. I love this location. I love Friendly's in general. It's a real treat going to Friendly's. My Aunt in her early days in college, used to work at this particular location in Auburn, Massachusetts, for many years as a waitress. That is one of the many reasons I love this Friendly's, and therefore in general, there are not many locations still in business. I loved growing up as kid eating here. Good quick service, friendly kind staff . 👍

We had a great experience here at the Auburn Massachusetts Friendly's. Our server was Eve and she was awesome! Food was excellent as well!

This is simply one of the best run Friendly's we have been to. Wait staff was on it. Just had ice cream, but noticed that everyone's food was coming out quick. Dining room is small, but they turn over the tables pretty quick and you don't feel like you are sitting on top of anyone.

I learned how to waitress in Friendly's. Nowadays nobody does it the way you're supposed to, but these guys here are career PROS. My dinner was in the middle of absolute chaos... Every table filled, people waiting...yet I was taken care of. Hot food, asked if I was all set at the right times... Felt great to have a NORMAL... Actually FABULOUS server experience thanks to Gino O in Auburn!

Jenna provided the most friendly and timely customer service. I would say that she is an example of what/how quality service should be across the USA. She is a stellar work and one to emulate. I've loved Friendly's since I was a kid and this visit didn't disappoint. We had cheeseburgers on grilled sourdough bread and coffee fribbles - fantastic! Gina, our waitress, was excellent. Can't wait to go back when I'm next in Worcester!

We had take out sundae's. So extremely delicious and they got everything right this time. Awesome Job.

The food and ice cream are sensational. The team is very attentive to customers and there is a very friendly man with a mustache who makes everyone feel at home!

So the men's bathroom here was nasty. Like need to blast those toilet hinges with Clorox nasty.
But I had to give this place 5 stars because not only was all of our food delicious (family of 6), but the service here was outstanding. Our waitress, Gina, was really great. Friendly, fast, and really on top of everything despite the place being packed on a Thursday evening. Hopefully the owner sees this review and gives her a big raise because she deserves it.

We love Friendlys! Wish we had one closer than Auburn Mass to us. Southbridge Sturbridge and Webster Massachusetts restaurants were closed.

I went in there on Sunday and had the most lovely girl named Emma make my ice cream. She was so sweet and understood that i couldn’t hear well. She made an amazing fribble for me! Make sure you have Emma to make ur ice cream!!

Everyone who works in the Auburn mass Friendlys is always so kind and courteous. I have been so impressed every time I go there.!I love Friendlees !!!

Broccoli cheddar soup and the crispy chicken salad were good. My husband had the Doritos chopped cheese burger (he liked) and a cup of clam chowder. The waitress said they were trying out a new chowder recipe. The is runny and just OK.
